Our group of 5 couples had an amazing time in Turks and Caicos! Seven Stars exceeded expectations. The resort was beautiful, pristinely maintained and laid out well. Everyone who worked there was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Service was prompt. The bartenders and beach servers (especially Pederson) were the best; always there for anything you might want. The food and drinks were plentiful and delicious. We loved that there was ample seating at the pools and beach. We were so well cared for and able to truly relax! There were so many delicious choices each day for breakfast at Seven restaurant. Many in our party used the in-site gym or the bikes available. We spent as much time as possible on the beach or by the adult pool.

Es war schön. Das Beste über das Eigentum ist, dass sie Waschmaschine und Trockner und jedes Zimmer. scheinbar hat jedes Zimmer einen privaten Eigentümer und sie mieten die Zimmer. Ich fand das Personal nicht sehr freundlich, aber sie taten ihre Arbeit, so dass es gut war.

This was our first time in Turks & Caicos and we booked the Windsong based on a recommendation from friends. We were pleased to discover it was everything they said and then some! The staff was friendly, the room was incredible, the beach was spectacular. The room includes a daily breakfast which was much better than a typical continental breakfast. It includes several fresh options and is served by accommodating staff. The beach was pristine and there's a reef area for snorkeling right outside the hotel. This was not an all-inclusive experience which for us made it much more pleasant and personal. The food (and drinks) at the 2 on-site restaurants was excellent and probably much better than you would get with an all inclusive package. The general manager (Annette) walked around the property daily to ensure all guests were happy and taken care of. We were impressed by all the wait staff and bartenders, especially Youvline, Angenie, Marcson, who went out of their way to make us feel like family. The concierges Khalil and Garey were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to assist with all our needs. We just left last week and are already looking forward to our next trip back to the Windsong.

We arrived for a short 5 day trip to the Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos after launching our second Cafe in Minnesota (we needed the break); Property is very clean, rooms are breath taking with AWESOME views and the people are the most friendliest... LETS GET TO THE NIK NAK part of it. When we arrived our room was not ready, so we went to the next best thing (The Bar in the Lobby). We met the Bartender Whitefield, he was a great conversationist, but needed a few pointers on mixology. We saw a gentleman enter the Bar who seemed slightly angry, we believe he was management because of his attire -long sleeve white shirt, well groomed with long loc extension)- My husband and I were like WOW! This is not how we speak to our employees despite the circumstance. We waited a few minutes and asked to be closed out (Awkward feeling after they started arguing). We walked a bit to familarize ourselves with the property, BEAUTIFUL. Then finally an agent found us to inform that our room was ready, LOVE IT. We had a great dinner at BLT steak house, where Evanson was very accommodating. My husband wanted a night cap after we heard the entertainer singing OMG it was beyond crowded, with no seating. We stood by the Bar, to order a drink, and NO WAY to our surprise it was the same manager from earlier, arguing again with a different Bartender, this time we managed to get his name Akem. It was extremely crowded and understaffed but they were still trying to be accommodative. Another gentlemen in a suit, was walking asking everyone if they are okay and how can he assist (Ritz Carlton Standard). We dont usually comment on these sites, but we do read the reviews, and us being managers with 2 cafes, it's hard and at times frustrating, BUT we try our best to be civil with our staff with no conflicts in public or private. We reported the issue to the Front Desk on the Manager behaviour, it was not professional but embarassing and humiliating. Hopefully we will be back.

Ich genossen mein 4-Tages-Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es ist mehr von einer Art Hotel, aber im Paradies! Sehr gut gepflegt Eigenschaft, nicht fancy, aber sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Nur meine Geschwindigkeit tatsächlich. Die nebenan gelegenen Resorts sind hochend und ich genossen, ein paar von ihnen zu besuchen, aber es war sehr nett, wieder in diese niedrige Schlüsseloasie zurückzukehren. Ja, dieses Hotel scheint ein wenig preiswert, aber vergleichen Sie es mit etwas in der Nähe und es ist ein Verkauf. Es ist teuer in T&C! Food: Ich empfehle das Taco-Gemeinsamkeit über Allegro Rd vom Graceway Gourmet-Grocer. Es ist in einem kleinen Geschäftskomplex im Rücken. Bestes Essen und Marges hatte ich auf der Insel, 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel. Wahrlich Loch in der Wand, da der Besitzer weigert, ihre Lage auf Google zu setzen. Frühstück im Hotel hat mich gut gefüttert, hatte viele Snacks und Booze im Gemüseladen. Wirklich genossen den Lebensmittelwagen, wie es ein AirStream Camper ist. Der Spaziergang zum schönen Strand vom Hotel war überhaupt nicht schlecht. Werth die Ersparnisse nicht richtig auf dem Wasser. Auch, Mieten Sie eine Vespa! Ich habe die ganze Insel auf sie getournt. Super Spaß!
