The Venetian on Grace Bay

Beautiful resort with great staff. Unit was very comfortable for our party of 6 and had everything we needed. Immaculate grounds and very quiet. My only small bother was the beach chairs. The lounges are not that comfortable. On other islands each lounge had a foam pad that could be a float in the water. The lounges cannot be adjusted to allow one to sit up and read. There are some chairs but they are low and hard to get out off. I'd prefer normal size chairs. Still a great stay in paradise.

My husband and I finally treated ourselves, along with our four adult children, to a week on the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos. Our 6th floor corner unit of the Venetian provided spectacular views of the ocean and even more spectacular daily sunsets. The location was a 15 minute bicycle ride from a well stocked grocery store and bustling tourist area. We enjoyed making breakfasts and lunches in the condo's full kitchen although we did occasionally order from the wait staff of the Cabana restaurant next door who visited the beach and pool at the Venetian several times per day. Most of us took advantage of the onsite gym every morning before heading to the beach front lounge chairs. The Venetian staff kindly made several dinner and excursion reservations for us. During our stay we took a sunset cruise and an ATV ride. We also went para sailing and snorkeling. Our favorite days ended with a walk along the ocean to one of the many excellent nearby restaurants.

Very nice and quiet stay. We had 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms which was perfect for a group of six. The staff was nice. This resort is at the end of Grace Bay which is quiet. Not too far from everything but you do need a taxi to get to the shops and restaurants.

The rooms are huge and modern. The king size beds super comfy and pillows are expensive and fluffy. Staff friendly and so is the hotel Cat. Very quiet and serene. Walk out on the beach in a few steps. All waterfront views with huge balconies.

We were breathless when we arrived. You couldn't have dreamed of a better place. It was our first time to Turks and Caicos and we we will definitely be back. Coleen was there to greet us personally and show us around. We had a 2 bedroom end unit on the second floor and the ocean was right out the back screened patio when we entered the condo. The kitchen had everything you needed just like home. The island in the kitchen was huge. All appliances were up to date. 8 person dining room table inside and 8 person table on the screened patio to eat. It had a full bath in the 2 bedrooms and a powder room. There was a corner soaking tub in the master with a big walk in shower and a frameless heavy glass shower door. We rented a Jeep so the options were endless. The beach was right there in a few steps. The lounge chairs and umbrellas were all set and cleaned by sunrise every day. There are only 28 units and there are more lounge chairs than tenants so you never had to be the first one to the beach to get a chair. It is the last hotel on that end of the beach so there is little foot traffic. The hotels next door had the bars and restaurants so we just walked a few steps on the beach to get there. The pool in the middle of the hotel property is big as you can see on the website so you could chill there instead of the beach. Everybody that works there had a smile and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was spotless everyday. They told us about the places where the locals go which was great. We never had a bad meal. I could go on and on. There isn't one thing I could complain about. We walked across the street to the top rated golf course one day. Don't compare this to another hotel room, it's you own condo.

The oceanfront condo was spacious and well-appointed with updated furniture and beautiful artwork. The kitchen was well-equipped. Every bedroom had an ensuite, plus there was a half bath in the hallway. The most impressive feature was the massive screened-in porch which was furnished with a couch, two chairs, dining set for eight and last but not least, a huge daybed...where I enjoyed the best nap ever. The friendly, daily housekeeping service was thorough and much appreciated. The Venetian did not have an on-site restaurant or grille, but there were restaurants, and a convenience store within walking distance. We were disappointed that there was no cocktail service at the pool or beach when we were there. I highly recommend The Venetian on Grace Bay if you're traveling to Turks and Caicos.
