The Regent Grand

Resort was breathtaking. Hospitality was phenomenal!! The rooms were clean and homey. The beds were soft and comfortable. Everyone had space to enjoy each others company or time with their significant other. First time out of the country and it will always be a blessed memory!

We are so glad we discovered this property during our extensive research. It was perfect for our type of travel, i.e., laid back, steps away from the beach, and with a well equipped kitchen. We had a one bedroom ocean front suite on the third floor, which gave us views of Grace Bay Beach and allowed us to drift away to sleep with the sounds of the surf. Breakfast was included in our stay at either Julien's Deli or at Beans & Leaves Café. And as an added bonus, all the staff that we encountered were top-notch. Lorraine, at the front desk, took care of any needs we had, arranged tours, and was just a lovely person who always greeted us so warmly. Randall, John, and Jaqueline worked tirelessly to keep the property clean, the pool properly balanced, and made sure we were comfortable and hydrated while lounging at the beach. We enjoyed our conversations with them. David kept a watchful eye on us and on our vehicle, keeping all secure. We enjoyed the smaller size of this resort because we felt very welcomed and acknowledged. We couldn't ask for much more!

This is our 2nd time here and this last trip was even better than the first. The entire staff is fantastic starting with Lorraine. The rest of the staff Edner, Randall and Jacquline are wonderful and will take care of you with a smile and genuine warmth. This section of the beach is very quiet and simply breathtaking. We also went daily to Beans and Leaves for coffee and breakfast courtesy of the Regent Grand. We also loved Crest and Berry, Grace Grocery and Embers ( for dinner) which were all walking distance. We will be back!

What can I say, this place is spectacular! The views are amazing and the beach is beautiful, the rooms are really well maintained and really comfortable! The staff at the front desk, Lorraine and Linda are so nice and easy to work with and they make sure you are accommodated correctly! The beach staff Edna, and Jaqueline were so awesome and super friendly that made the experience even better, I can’t wait to come back!

We just returned from 9 days at the Regent Grand. We have always wanted to go to Turks and this was a last-minute trip which I booked with Lorraine at the front desk. Lorraine is amazing, she is so courteous and provides top-notch customer service to her guests. She called to check in on me a couple of times when I was there and provided breakfast coupons to a great little French place around the corner, which was delicious & arranged our transportation to & from the airport. Lorraine became a valued resource for my future trips to Turks as I wouldn’t hesitate to call her to book in future. We had a pool view room, which was very spacious and private with a huge balcony. The pool was mostly empty because most go to the beach. The beach is quiet and very relaxing with serene views. Jacklyn the beach attendant was phenomenal, he took care of us with water and was so attentive each day. He was on it if people walking on the beach sat on the hotel chairs he quickly moved them along politely and even stopped a kid from getting in the water when his mom stepped away so he was always looking out for the guests. Housekeeping was very good. We had a freshly changed bed each day with lots of towels and bathroom essentials, and the kitchen and bathroom was very well appointed with everything you need. Some don’t like that it’s not a full service hotel, We loved that there was no hustle and bustle, it was quiet and there’s such great restaurants within walking distance of it. We love The Farm restaurant next-door and the Ritz has lots of options. We walked to restaurants all within a 20 minute walk. Thank you, Lorraine and crew, we can’t wait to return ❤️

Perfect place for rest and relaxation. The staff here make you feel very welcomed and they are very responsive. We stayed in a pool view two bedroom. The balcony overlooking the pool was perfect for morning coffee and reading a book. The suite had everything you need if you want to cook. Beach access was easy and the staff on the beach always had water, chairs ready for you and a smile to greet you. We loved this quiet area of Grace Bay. The breakfast that was included, even thought outside the resort, was always delicious. Everything you need is a quick walk. We have stayed all inclusive in Grace Bay, but this time enjoyed trying all the nearby restaurants. We would definitely love to visit again!
