Das Hotel wurde für mehrere Nächte über Trip.com und für mehrere Nächte über einen Drittanbieter-Aggregator gebucht. Beim Check-in verwies das Hotel auf eine Überbuchung, stornierte die Reservierung und erstattete die Zahlung über einen Drittanbieter-Aggregator mit der Forderung, den Aufenthalt vor Ort zurückzuzahlen. Lediglich der Voucher von trip.com wurde vom Hotel nicht storniert. Wir haben uns in aller Ruhe zum zuvor bezahlten Preis eingelebt. Danke TRIP.com!

Çalışan personel işine sadık titiz ve düzenli,güler yüzlü. Erol bey takımını çok güzel yönlendiriyor. Yemekler çok güzeldi hemen hemen her gün taze et yemek vardı. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli diyebilirim. Sevgiler Yuşa!!

3- 11 Kasım 2022 tarihlerinde bu otelde konakladim. Otel bina olarak ***et güzel. Bu yıl icerisinde, bu otele gele kadar 3 farklı, 5 yıldızlı otellerde 5+5+7 gün konakladim. Kapanışı bu otelle yapmak istedim. Lobisi, kaldığım 5 yıldızlı otellerden daha güzeldi diyebilirim. (Hizmet olarak değil) Resepsiyon hizmeti, odaların temizliği yeterli diyebilirim. Yemekler ve içecekler hususunda da kotu diyemem. Bu fiyata bu ancak bu kadarı olur. Fakat kahveyi heran her yerde bulmayı isterdim. Ama malesef lobi hizmetinde bu hususta eksiklik vardı. Hizmet; İşte bütün sıkıntı burada; malesef otel yönetimi özellikle servis ve animasyonda görevli personeli egitmemisler, disipline etmemişler. Personel başıboş birakilmis..Bu personeller; İşlerinden ziyade, otele gelen özellikle Rus bayan turistleri ayarlamaya çalışan, bu misafirlerin masalarında adeta konsomatrislik yapan, diğer erkek misafirlerle bu hususta tartışan hatta işi kav***a kadar götüren, tipler. Şahsen ben bu durumdan çok rahatsız oldum. Misafir; pool bardaki oturdugu masasının temizliğini kendisi yapıyor, görevli personel ise; işi bu olmasına rağmen Rus uyruklu bayan misafirlerin masasında açıkça bayan ayarlama işiyle uğraşıyor. Bu kadarına da pöh denir. Öğleden sonra yapılan dart oyununa katılmak istiyorsunuz; animasyoncu yabancı uyruklu bir misafirle ahbap olmuşlar, biz sigarasına oynuyoruz diye cevap veriyor. Ben kumar oynamam diyip ayrılıyorum. Hiç umursamıyor, sigarasına oynamaya devam ediyor. Otel çalışanlarının hangi birim personeli olduğu belli değil. Üzerlerinde hangi bölüm personeli olduğuna dair bir üniforma yok. Çalışanlar günlük sivil kıyafetlerle çalışıyor. Otel yol geçen hanı, otel bitişiğindeki bavulcudan tut, marketci, hamamcı otelin hertarafinda cirit atıyor. Ve özellikle bavulcu Türk misafirleri küçük düşürme, küçük görme, tanıştığı misafirlerle arasını bozma ***retinde. Hamam; bozuk çalışmıyor, sauna idare eder, masaj odaları vasat. Temizlik ve hijyende sınıfta kalır. Sahil; şezlonglar yeterli ve minderli. Sadece içecek olarak su imkanı var. İhtiyacı karşılıyor. Sonuç olarak; otel güzel bir otel, fakat personel berbat. Eğitim, eğitim, eğitim; kontrol, kontrol, kontrol. Bunlar uygulanirsa otel çok daha iyi seviyeye gelir.

Hotel very tired looking, not a great welcome at reception when we arrived. Got to room TV wasn't working at all, air-con unit very noisey. There were 3 of us but only 2 towels & 2chairs on tiny balcony. The toilet just kept filling, we couldnt get it to stop. Shower had good pressure but couldn't angle it. There were 2 proper beds tho. Often a third person bed is a sofa bed. Cleaner was good. View was of wasteland, cockerels crowing at 04.30 then the prayers going at 05.30. As balcony doors were not good I was woken up at that time everyday. Food not great, best meal was breakfast, and that was because there were chips and wafers. The melon was lush. The other food was covered in lots of herbs which were overpowering. It was all very samey samey. We ended up eating and drinking out everyday and therefore spending a fortune on top of the actual cost of holiday. Bar only had vodka/gin/beer none tasted nice. Service was rubbish, although there were a couple of the guys that made an effort. Pool was freezing but only had one lot of steps as the second set had been taken away.. Holes were still there in the floor. They did a foam Party which was a laugh. Overall it felt like we were not welcome, not sure if it was because we are English or what.

I had a great stay at the Magic Sun Hotel during my summer holiday. Despite arriving at 3 a.m., the staff welcomed me & my son warmly and let me rest in the comfortable lobby until check-in at noon. The room was clean, with a lovely balcony. The food was marvelous, with plenty of delicious options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The spa and massage services were wonderful, and the evening entertainment, including concerts and a disco, made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend Magic Sun Hotel to others.

I can't complain much about this place where we were stayed for 10 nights in May 2022. We have arrived at hotel after midnight and my family was surprised that there is no even one light on, was pitch black, thinking it's wrong place. The whether was excellent that time of year. Plenty choice of food evert day, every evening was something to see on these events, my kids love it. One mines what I personally I didn't like, the disco music what they played loud outside nearly all day, you can't fully relax. Overall I give 5*

Otel lobisisi harika. Büyük , ferahlatıcı kocaman bir lobi ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. İçiniz açılıyor. Odasında sıkılanlar rahatlıkla lobide sikilmadan zamanını gecirebilr. Gece ve gündüz resepsiyon görevlileri tam bir beyefendi. Güvenlik çok hoş bir arkadaş. 2. Bulunduğum oda gayet yeterli geniş ferahti. Oda temizliği mükemmeldi. Hergun hizmeti aldım. Çok memnun kaldım. 3..Yemekler; Gayet çeşitli , yeterli, lezzetli. Kuver yeterli.Mutfak personeli, garson ve komiler ilgili nazik. Fırın sorumlusu süper bir insan. 4. Havuz: Yeterli ve bakımlı. Günlük temizliği yapılıyor. Bar da rakı, çin, votka, şarap bira, gazlı içecekler, çay ve kahveyi konsept dahilinde istediniz kadar tuketebilirsiniz. Bar Şefi ve barmenler nezaketli çocuklar. 5.Animasyon: Oldukça zengin. Gece ve gündüz sezon sonu olmasına rağmen muhtesem programlar gördük. 6.Deniz: Otele yaklaşık 200-300 metre uzaklıkta. Otele ait özel plaj, plajda yeterli minderli şezlong mevcut. Sadece sıcak ve soğuk su bulunmakta. Belki bir bira sistemide kurulabilirdi. Yukarıda belirttiğim hususlarda da anlaşılacağı üzere otelden çok memnun kaldım. Not: Şimdiki yazacaklarım otel yönetimine bir geri bildirimdir. Belki dikkate alırlar yada almazlar. Yada beni kırmızı listeye alıp bir daha otele sokmazlar. Günübirlik Oda kahvaltı konaklayan mavi kol bantlı şahıslar ile kol bantsiz bar kenarında oturan otel sahiplerinin misafiri oldukları belirtilen, zaman zaman otele girip çıkan ve her birininde otelde bedava odası bulunan kişilerin davranışları hoş değildi. Benim 2-3gundur birlikte olduğum ve birlikte masada oturduğum misafirlere gelip sarkmaları hoş değildi. Turizm ortamı farklıdır diye bir literatür gelişmiş, kişiliğimizi ve değerlerimizi kaybetmeyelim. Animasyon şefi Metin 'in benim bayan arkadaslimi birilerine peşkeş cekmesi de üzüntü verici bir hadiseydi.

8 Eylül tarihinde 5 gün konakladık.Denize biraz yürümek gerekiyor onun haricinde Otel konum ve temizlik olarak güzel. Özellikle animasyon ekibi çok iyi çalışıyor. Özellikle Metin beye teşekkürler 🙏

Arkadaşımın tavsiyesi üzerine geldik.tüm çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü,çok ilgililer .bir kişi hariç Ruşen her işe karışıyor ,müşterilerin içinde uslupsüz konuşmaları var.Güzel turist bayanlara sarkıntılık yapıyor.Türklere suratsızca cevap veriyor gelecek yıl inşallah burda olmaz çünkü arkadaşlarıma da tavsiye edecegim diğer çalışanlar çok ilgili alakali özellikle gün içindeki aktevitelerde Batunun bitmez tukenmez performansi ,Mehmet beyin ilgili alakali olmasi ,masajda İbrahim bey ve ekibinin çalışmaları bizleri ziyadesiyle mutlu etmiştir, ruşen beyin kendi çalısani adem beyden insanlara nasıl davranmasi gerektiğine dair ders alması gerektiğini düşünüyorum size ve ekibinize başarılar ve kolaylıklar diliyorum

I just got home from this hotel.....let me begin it is not a 4 star hotel for sure maybe a 3...maybe if i am beeing generous. The hotel is old...ok it is old not a problem but it is dirty...verry dirty. I was there 7 days imagine that my room was never clened...the only thing that housekeeping was doing every day is take out the trash... When i arrived the room was "clened"...the toilet was dirty, the mirror has toothpaste on it in the bath tub was sand... The toweles had multiple stains on them and smeled bad. Inside the fridge was dirty, had some "things" from previous guests. The hotel does not provieded water only from a mashine that was extra dirty. Beach towels are not free. Internet is free in the lobby but poor signal. The food was avarige but not enought for the number of guest there was. Tables are dirty the dining area smells like bad old food not to mention the temperature... Personal is verry unfriendly never a god word never a nice face. Night entertainment is poor and if you are not there an hour before you stay on your feet. It was a bad experience ...only good thing is the location and the cats😀...i love animals The beach is dirty with like 30 beach chairs for hundreads of peoples and huge rocks...do not forget water shoes if you go to this area...Kemer I would not recommend this hotel, never would go back!

We visit this hotel with family. Here is interesting animation every evening and tasty food for each. Near clean with beautiful sea. Rooms are comfortable with view on mountains and garden . So, we are recommend you to spend your holidays here. You will take a lot of interesting excursions and take great emotions!!!

Family-trip, we stayed at the hotel over a weekend. The hotel has a old style and gives a really worn-down inpression. When we checked-in NO LIGHTS inside the hotel where working. Looked like a power-failure and we had to use a flashlight to locate our room. Wi-fi is only free in the lobby. But the quality and speed of this "free" wifi is horrible. Check-in takes way too long, and we were the only ones at the desk the whole time. A lot of paper-signing, seems out-dated. It was OK that there was a person from the staff showing us some parts of the hotel. But she spoke moslty Russian and not English. Which brings me to... only Russians at the hotel. All the staff spoke either Russian or Turkish. At night it was disco (rusisan songs) and very loud at day time by the pool. Would NOT recommend for familys. Rooms are OK/but looks old and out-dated. And NO roomservice (making up bess etc.) came during our stay. This is NOT good enugh. A small balcony was nice, but dirthy. Bathroom was small, no were to leave your tolilet bags etc. The big pool was often overcrowded, and the water slide was not working. Someone from staff fixed it after sime time, but again... overcrowded! Both adults and children used the slide 2 and 3 person at the same time. With NO SUPERVISION from staff. This is really dangerus! There seemed to be no staff supervising the pool, making it risky. Food. Genrally this was all inclusive. But the main dining area was too small when all the guest arrive at the same time. A BIG let down that after just 30 minutes they had no more chicken as they were "empty". At breakfast only fried eggs, no other options. Also orange juice machine not working the whole time we were there. Hello? This is not acceptable. Plates was dirthy and no knife or fork easy available. Food looked generally fresh and tasted good. But there were no system and rude guests who did not respect standing in line. The whole dining experience felt rushed, like a battle. Staff was generally ok, but not very fortcomming and only shook their head when we asked for something. Also tried the traditional massage/spa. It was nice and OK price, but again, it looked a bit worn-down. This hotel needs renovation! Also, whats with the closing the bar for drinks at 22? This led to huge lines and a lot of people at the bar judt before closing. I wouldnt really recommend this for families. The evning show looked like a rave party. Extremly loud music. The hotel beach is about half a km walk. Signs are poorly placed, making it hard to find. Beach cafe did not take card. The place looked shabby sadly. A small worn out shower, and a hose (!). There were some walk-ways Just lying on the sand leading directly to the sea. Again, some renovation would help! Build some sort of elevated walk-way like the beach-hotel on the other side. Where you could jump and climb etc. Overall, this place is sadly not very "magic", seriosly needs renovation, and we will not stay here again.

Before I start with the review, I want to note that I am a 15 year old girl. The hotel is okay. The service was pretty good, the food was nice and the territory is absolutely beautiful. I went here with my mom. Even though there were two of us, the hotel gave us a room for 4 people; it was a super pleasant surprise. We also had an amazing mountain view from our room. Big thanks to the people on reception, they were really nice and welcoming. Now to the bad part. Me and my mom went to the hotel spa. My mom had to pay extra money for that. I was getting a spa treatment from a worker named Murat. At first this guy was being pretty polite. He asked for my instagram; I thought that he was just being nice so i agreed and gave him my instagram. Then, LITERALLY THE SAME EVENING he started texting me, trying to hit on me and asking me to “go to the beach with him” ???????? He asked my age before and I have told him multiple times that i am 15. That was just extremely weird and creepy. I think that is a very inappropriate behaviour, ESPECIALLY for someone who works there, ESPECIALLY for something we literally paid for ??? If you have an underage daughter i would recommend choosing another hotel. I hope that the Magic Sun Hotel values their reputation and will fire that creep.
