In diesem Hotel habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Die Auswahl der Speisen Frühstück könnte um ein paar Dinge erweitert werden. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter half mir sehr über die Abwesenheit von zu Hause hinweg. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption und vor allem Ahmed am Empfang, bei dem ich sehr über die netten Gespräche gefreut habe. Alles in allem ein Haus zum "wie-zu-Hause-fühlen". Ich freue mich bereits jetzt auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort im nächsten Jahr.

Wir waren mehrere Tage Gäste dieses herausragend geführten Hauses. Besonders auffallend war die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals. Sehr positiv hervorhebenswert das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Ganz ausgezeichnet, vielseitig und schmackhaft das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls durchaus empfehlenswert. Das gebuchte Standardzimmer war perfekt eingerichtet und das Doppelbett ließ einen geruhsamen Schlaf zu. . Besonders angenehm wurde empfunden, dass neben der Dusche ebenfalls eine Badewanne genutzt werden konnte. Da dieses Hotel sich unmittelbar am Hafen/Don befindet, sollte bei der Zimmerreservierung die Flussseite ausgewählt werden.

In russia so far in many years i have been in many hotels. In top i world like to add Radisson Blue Rostov Na Don. It is in Service Level like Hyatt Jekaterinburg or Hilton Tjyumen . Personel , like today at breakfast Daria or reseption Diana! Great staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast!

The hotel is excellent and staff always try to help and satisfy you. there was a technical problem with the booking but they solved and they apologize showing a very good customer service. Artem at front office provided a perfect customer service.

Отличный отель - современный ремонт, удобный чистый номер. В номере все необходимое, включая утюг и гладильную доску. Панорамные окна с видом на Дон - все просто супер! Вежливый персонал и вкусный завтрак. Ванная комната вместе с душевой кабиной. Кофе отменный!!!
