Short drive to the 'fun' sports and arts facilities in Glendale - Home of the Cardinals and Suns basketball. Master Bedroom includes luxurious pillow-top King Bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom including oversize shower and double sinks. Hairdryer & straightener included 2nd and 3rd Bedroom both have Queen Beds with pillow-top mattresses. 2nd Bathroom includes toilet, combination tub/shower and sink. Playpen available. Dining Room - great for larger family gatherings or card/game playing -for plenty of family fun! Beautiful covered patio off the kitchen, includes patio set and gas BBQ Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, gas stove, fully stocked with blender, crockpot, pancake griddle, mixer, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Well stocked kitchen with most of the small appliances and gadgets you would enjoy at home. Convection oven, great for baking wonderful breads and pastries. You will find a good assortment of spices, salt and pepper, even some condiments to ease into your stay. Comfortable home with plush beds, High Speed Internet, Local & LD phone availability, Streaming TV, Smart TV's and DVR make things entertaining and enjoyable for the whole family. Estrella Mountain Ranch is reknown for it's relaxed and quiet atmosphere, hiking and plenty of mountain bike trails, tennis and basketball courts Our home is a short walk to a large park which has play equipment, picnic tables and BBQ's. The neighborhood offers amenities such as Safeway, Italian Pizza restaurant, Starbucks, McDonald's, Oasis bagel shop, Chase bank and a gas station. There are two lakes in Estrella with lovely walking/running paths all the way around, beautiful recreation complex, tennis courts, and basketball courts. With plenty of trails, mountain views, and beautiful sun, there is no shortage of outdoor adventure awaiting. Spa heat additional $75. per month. If you decide not to use it, so no heat, then there is no extra charge. This is our 2nd home and we want to keep the wear and tear to a minimum so we only rent for 30 day minimum stays.
