Hammock Suites

We booked this property as a group for a bridal party and were initially given a price, which was later confirmed to include a discount. We were told we would receive a refund due to the discount. The rooms were said to include breakfast, which we didn’t need but decided to accept. However, the sheet in one of the rooms had a large tear when we arrived, yet we were unfairly blamed for it. To make matters worse, the breakfast, which was supposed to be included, only arrived as we were checking out, so we couldn’t even eat it. Despite breakfast being part of the package, we were told that no refund would be given because of the alleged damage to their property (the sheet) and the cost of the breakfast. Communication with the staff was also frustrating. They were unresponsive to calls and messages when we tried to address our concerns. This experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was dishonest, and the service fell far below expectations. We will never return to this property, nor will we recommend it to anyone.
