I stayed with my family in a larger group for 4 days in this hotel. The hotel is not suitable for larger groups, they don't have enough plates, spoons, every day there was a lack of food at breakfast, they are simply not ready for groups. The hotel is located far outside the delivery zone of Glovo, Wolt and other apps and is very far from the metro station. Mr. Alim who worked at the hotel during our stay was very rude even though we as a group were very understanding that the hotel did not have the capacity for a larger group like ours and that we were mostly left without breakfast. In the end, we went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, because I didn't want to argue with Mr. Alim. If you want to work in the hospitality industry, it is very important to be kind to your guests. However, the hotel is clean, quiet and there are several restaurants nearby.

He was very angry even he didn't make his responsibility. If you don't support this kind of behavior you could contact me. Otherwise I accept you support this oppressive and scary behavior. My children is 4 and 12 years old and scared too much.
