Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet. I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

ein komfortables Hotel zum Ausruhen, strategische Lage, freundliches Hotelpersonal, saubere und komfortable Zimmer, nur die Speisekarte ist nicht abwechslungsreich, zum Frühstück am zweiten Tag gibt es keine täglich wechselnde Speisekarte, alles ist ok, das beste Hotel für Urlaub und einen Ort zum Ausruhen, hoffentlich kann der Service in Zukunft verbessert werden, vielen Dank, Lieblingshotel Malioboro Yogyakarta

All staffs especialy the security upon arrival were superb! I had problem with the bed and the phone didn’t work. The staff came immediately to fix and help me to move to another room. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hotel due to the superb service, cleanliness and the friendly fast response staffs. Only one note that they are very strict with check in and check out time.

This hotel was in an amazing location, and the Breakfast Buffet consisted of restaurant quality food with a huge selection of both Asian and Western cuisine. Our room was very clean and the hotel staff were polite and helpful. Concierge on arrival, so there is no need to lug all your bags from your transport into your room. Spa, Sauna, and a pool at the hotel. You are located a short distance from great sites and attraction in Jogja. In my opinion, this is a very luxurious hotel at an incredible price.

I had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel

Das Zimmer ist ziemlich sauber, aber nicht geräumig. Der Klimaanlage ist gut kalt. Cm es gibt noch kein Badezimmer in der Innenstadt, obwohl das Badezimmer ist draußen, aber sauber und in der Nähe des Zimmers .. der Besitzer ist freundlich .. es gibt kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche, aber Sie können sich selbst in der Küche kochen, wenn Sie ein kleines Kind bringen ..
