Dieses kleine Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Innenhof mit Pool und Zimmern drumherum. An den Wänden hängen Kunstwerke und die Liebe zum Detail ist wirklich gut. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, freundlich und gut ausgebildet. Unser Zimmer war im älteren Teil des Hotels mit traditionellen Holztüren und -schränken. Das Bett oder die Matratze könnten ausgetauscht werden, da es nicht besonders bequem und ein bisschen laut war. Der Gesamteindruck dieses Hotels war sehr gut und es war eine Oase der Ruhe.

GGastnutzerI had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel

PPEICHANIch hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt im FaveHotel Malioboro. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es keinen Fitnessraum gibt und die Moschee neben dem Hotel ist. Jeden Morgen werden wir durch Gebete geweckt. Ansonsten ist alles gut, in der Nähe der Malioboro-Straße. Außerdem möchte ich Miss April und dem Hotelfahrer ein Kompliment machen. Miss April war wirklich hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Ich bin beim Joggen am 28.8. hingefallen, das Personal hat sofort den Fahrer gerufen, um mich zur 24-Stunden-Klinik zu bringen. Der Fahrer half mir, die Medikamente zu besorgen und zuerst die Arztkosten zu bezahlen, da ich kein Geld in die Klinik mitgebracht hatte. Miss April half mir, die Zugfahrkarten zum internationalen Flughafen Yogyakarta zu kaufen, da ich die Online-Zahlung nicht vornehmen konnte. Ich fühle mich wirklich wohl. Alle Mitarbeiter sind gut erzogen, es gibt Begrüßungsgetränke und auf jeder Etage gibt es einen kostenlosen Wasserkühler. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Das Hotel bietet auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Bahnhof. Nochmals vielen Dank an das Favehotel Malioboro! Wenn ich wiederkomme, werde ich wieder hier übernachten.

LLennyMale receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet.
I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

First of all, the room is sufficiently big. The bed is comfy, and you got 4 pillows. Amenities are complete. You even got the premium glass water bottle. The room and hotel style is matching the Keraton style, so you got the Yogyakarta vibe upon staying , and this is very nice. The TV is loaded with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, and other local channels. Cabinet is surprisingly clean, despite its classic retro style looks.
The hotel is right downtown, so it is near to go amywhere. Next to it there is a cafe, so I can get coffee and cake with ease. Plenty food to select on gofood nearby the hotel. It has car park.
The hotel doesn’t have so many rooms, so it felt like very private, quiet, and comfortable.
The best part is their staffs’ warm welcome and high quality service level. When I book the hotel, I made a mistake regarding the date (I think the app automatically changed to next week if I am booking it next day or something). So I ended up book for the following week. The app said this hotel is non-refundable and cannot adjust the check in time. I contacted the hotel directly and they are EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Despite the rules of non changing from the platform, they bypass the system and allow me to change to the date I plan to visit. So far, I only encounter this level of flexibility and assistance only when I was staying in a high end 5-stars hotel. Therefore, big thumbs up for the hotel management! 👍👍👍

SSophie Not worth for 3 star hotel. the room is old. Bed linen has stain. Smell, and toilet have mold, need to renovation. 5th Floor is dirty also have a big hole on the wall, the just put jobs picture to cover that hold.

I had problem with the bed and the phone didn’t work. The staff came immediately to fix and help me to move to another room. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hotel due to the superb service, cleanliness and the friendly fast response staffs.
Only one note that they are very strict with check in and check out time.

EEdward AlizarIm Allgemeinen sind wir ziemlich zufrieden mit der Zimmerzustand, Reinigung und Essen. Wir haben ein Zimmer bei lt-6 erhalten. Das, was verbessert werden muss, ist die WiFi-Verbindung, die bei lt-6 ziemlich schwierig ist, aber im Lobby ist ziemlich glatt. Darüber hinaus ist die Position der Musholla in der Basis, die weniger repräsentativ ist. Hoffentlich kann es in Zukunft verbessert und verbessert werden. Danke (edwar alizar).
