The LifeCo Bodrum Well-Being Detox Center and Vegan Hotel

The pictures and video online do not do the place justice! It's better than it looks. My best friend and I wanted to have a serious detox experience and we were hesitant before booking, but took a chance and booked one week with the option for a second. Just a couple days after arriving, we could see that we'd love it and confirmed that we would stay the entire two weeks. We didn't regret it. The staff (of which there are plenty) are kind and well informed, the doctors and nurses are always on-site and available, the various included services are many, the yoga and meditation classes are top rate, and extra treatments are always possible (massages, foot reflexology, extra cold water plunges), although given Turkey's recent inflation the prices for all extra services were surprisingly high. We ended up doing a green master cleanse for most of the time and water fasting for a few of the days: we felt very well accompanied in the process, we participated in all the activities, including morning walks, yoga twice a day, meditation, etc. and we both felt that we got a lot out of the experience. The place is not at all luxurious or chic, that is not what you go for, and the town around it is a bit shabby and trash-strewn, but don't be alarmed, the facilities themselves (which you barely want to leave) are impeccably clean, functionally organized, the amenities are comfortable, the yoga classes are properly impressive, and the staff do everything to make your experience great. We'll return for sure.

This was way more than I expected , as I only went there only for some rest & relaxation & I ended up learning so much about health & nutrition & losing weight in the bargain. the amazing stay encompassed excellent included services by english speaking attentive, informed & professional staff, from wellness consultants, fitness coaches, yoga teacher, nurses, the on site Dr, the massage therapists,etc, all were excellent. i have also been following up the health, nutrition & fitness advice i received at home

Don’t GO!!! Terrible experience, I left with my arm completely damaged. I pay a crazy amount of money to come and be even more healthy and in better condition. You end leaving feeling worse than you could’ve ever imagined. Few days ago, I did an IV perfusion for vitamin like the coach highly recommended me. “You will feel better it’s very good for you”. I decided to get one. The nurse completely destroyed my arm. He hit my nerve with the needle. I expressed my pain but he completely ignored my pain and showed me on his phone with google translate (don’t worry it’s nothing it’s only the muscle). It’s been 5 days now, the pain keeps getting worse. Be careful if you ever happen to go there, they clearly hire people that are inexperienced and you will end up wasting your money. They speak very poor English and don’t take seriously your pain. It’s such a shame because communication is extremely important when it comes to your health. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.
