"Germa wohnte zwei Nächte, die zweite Nacht wechselte speziell das teuerste Hotel wegen der Haarausstattung. Während des Aufenthalts fragte ich auch, ob das Rezeptionszimmer aktualisiert wurde. Ich antwortete, ich war bereits der beste Zimmertyp ～ Das Ergebnis war, dass die Haarausstattung zum Badende beendet, aber unversehens ein Haarausfall passierte wie ein Augewasser. ～ Nach dem Wäschewaschen kontaktieren Sie die Trip.com-Specialkunden, die sich nicht aushalten können, um die Beschwerde zu halten. Obwohl der Trip.com-Kundenservice fast um 12 Uhr in der Nacht ist, ist es immer noch sehr enthusiastisch, Hilfe zu bekommen! Das Hotel hat mir zum letzten Mal ein Zimmer wechseln angeboten, weil ich um 12 Uhr am Morgen ～ Ich und meine Freunde wollten früher Ruhe nehmen, und ich akzeptierte diesen Vorschlag nicht! Trip.com hat auch das Hotel so entschuldigt wie ich!
Ich kann nicht aushalten, dass die Kommentare auch die Bedeutung der täglichen Arbeit des Hotels erinneren möchten. Die Hoteleinrichtungen und Zimmerkonfiguration sind gut. Das Ergebnis ist, dass ein Schlag alle schönen Gefühle zerstört!"

"Perfect place for a quick stay. It is near lots of bakeries, local restaurants, and food carts. The train station is only a 10 - 15 minutes drive away and easy to get a Didi. Reception staff are lovely and the room was spotless, cosy, and spacious. Super good value for money ☺️"

"Die Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer ist sehr modern (diffuse Sauerstoffversorgung, 24-Stunden-Klimaanlage, Luftbefeuchter, Luftreiniger). Die Zimmer sind auch sehr sauber. Durch die großen raumhohen Fenster können Sie nachts die gesamte Stadt sehen. Die Betten in den Hotelzimmern sind auch sehr bequem. Buchweizenkissen werden im Voraus bereitgestellt, um die Vorlieben der Gäste zu verstehen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht und das Personal gab mir zwei Frühstücke. Nach dem Ausprobieren stellte ich fest, dass das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig war und es auch einen eigenen Bereich für Kinder gab. Der Aufenthalt war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis."

"Excellent hotel and customer service. We arrived early morning and got in our room more or less straight away. The girl at the front desk did a great job and gave us a lift to the station as well as some free local tea. Great halal restaurant next door too. Excellent choice for Golmud! Highly recommend! Also due to her help we had the energy to go to Qarkan lake, thanks!"

"Das Hotel sieht gewöhnlich aus, aber die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr gut. Die Zimmerausstattung ist recht gut, das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig und die Betten sind sehr gut. Auch das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig und der Service begeistert. Obwohl der Laden schon lange nicht mehr geöffnet hat und etwas unerfahren ist, macht die Begeisterung der jungen Leute das völlig wett. Die Nudelsuppe zum Frühstück war ziemlich gemischt, also schlug ich vor, die Suppe zu wechseln, nur um herauszufinden, dass sie tatsächlich Hühnersuppe zum Kochen der Nudeln verwendet hatten ... Beim Frühstück vom Vortag gab es Drachenfrüchte mit roten Herzen und ganze Pfirsiche. Am nächsten Tag wurde die Drachenfrucht weiß und der Pfirsich wurde in kleine Stücke geschnitten ..."

"Das Hotel und andere nebenan gelegene Geschäfte teilen Parkplätze, aber es ist gut, dass dieses Hotel mit einem Stein besetzt wird, zusätzlich zu billigen Preisen, das ist ein Vorteil. Aber dann möchte ich seine Schwächen erwähnen: Zuerst vermute ich, dass er tatsächlich ein städtisches Portalhotel ist, das bereits zusammenarbeitet, also änderte er seinen Namen in ”Markt” und verlor eine einheitliche Markenkontrolle, was zu Problemen wie Fensterverformung, schlechter Hygiene führte, und außerdem war der Waschraum in der Tat so gestaltet, Da es in einem Waschmaschine noch ein halbes Teig an korrosivem saurem Wasser gibt, kann die andere Tür nicht öffnen und eine schlimme Menge an Schlamm in der Waschkappe ausgebreitet werden, aber der fünfte Urlaub des Hotels hat keinen Preis gestiegen, das ist ein sehr bewusstes Verhalten. Ich habe also keine sehr geringen Punkte gegeben, wenn man nicht viel zu den oben genannten Bedingungen fordert, kann man es versuchen."
