Rooms: The rooms are above average. Modern, new, clean. Two issues. When it rained, a good bit of water leaked into the rooms onto the floors and soaked the bottom of the curtains. This is clearly a known problem that has not been addressed. The curtains have a bit of a mildew smell from the water. The windows also are quite dirty plus filled with bird poop, and could use a good cleaning. Rooftop: Beautiful, good service and stunning views of the city. Perfect place to relax in the evening. Pool: The pool area is too small and there is not enough seating. There also are not enough pool towels. Also, there are no tables to eat/drink outside at the pool. Just the pool beds/loungers. The nice thing about the pool, however, is that it is very warm. Perfect temperature! And the pool beds that swing are a nice addition and very relaxing. Food: This is where the hotel fails. The food/beverage offerings do not make sense. Our room rate included breakfast, but the breakfast offerings were almost non-existent. We asked for tea, and were told they only offer green tea and mint tea. Odd! No black tea is served in this hotel at any time of the day? Most people want caffeine at breakfast. Most hotels even put black tea in the rooms. No breakfast meats: bacon, sausage, etc. The ”fruit platter” consisted of one apple. I ordered the mini-burgers for lunch which was supposed to be 4 mini-burgers, I was served one large burger and told I could cut it into 4 pieces. Finally, you cannot order wine by the glass anywhere in the hotel. They only sell wine by the bottle. Why? What if someone is traveling alone and just wants a glass of wine with dinner. No, you can't have that. It is a silly policy. Service: Service is very slow at the restaurant. Each time, we waited almost an hour for food, including breakfast. At their price point, I would recommend staying at Fevrier and visiting Ioka's rooftop instead.

Ich habe geblieben und ich bin hier im Geschäft derzeit und für die nächsten 2 Monate wird ein regelmäßiger Besucher sein, mein Unternehmen bucht dieses Hotel so habe ich keine Wahl von Zimmern. Zimmer sind in Stil variieren, aber sind ok. Die oberen Zimmer sind luxuriöser, ich bin derzeit unten und Zimmer sind ok, sehr grundlegende, aber praktische. Das Restaurant bietet ein nettes Frühstücksbuffet. Mittagessen und Abendessen ist ein Problem, da Ihr Essen sehr lange dauert, um ankommen, auch wenn es nicht beschäftigt. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel ist hoch und runter , einige Gerichte sind groß und einige sind uns nicht essen , wir hatten letzte Nacht die Fahrradküken und die Geunnie Vogel . Beide Gerichte waren wie Gummi essen , ehrlich gesagt das schlimmste Mahl, das ich je in einem Hotel hatte . Waiters bekommen Drinkbestellungen falsch, weil sie keine Englischkenntnisse haben. Sie bitten um ein Tonic Wasser und bekommen Sie ein Gin und Tonic? Ich könnte weiter gehen, aber ich denke, ich werde hier aufhören. Das Hotel verfügt über ein großes Potenzial, braucht aber professionellere Management und sicherlich eine bessere Qualitätskontrolle im Restaurantbereich .

We went during the week so it was nice and quiet. The food was delicious, the service was great, and we loved being on the beach. The garden is well tended, the emoyees were very friendly and helpful. It atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We even enjoyed swimming in the ocean. We swam during low tide otherwise one must be very careful to watch for the beach break; it can be dangerously powerful. We will definitely go back!
