Defiantly not a 1 star by any means. The hot water was super hot and did not run out. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Barbara in particular. The advertised breakfast was included but by far the biggest letdown. Horrid coffee and only nutrigrain bars with a juice machine that only served bagged juice. Don't lie saying you have continental breakfast if you do not. The bed linens were not clean nor the towels. Stained and looked recently used. Easily remedied upn requesting new ones that I had to pick up from the front office. AC worked GREAT. Lights flickering on outside walking area of hotel. Pictures and walls stained from careless pest control. The tv was great lots of channels to choose from. The area is in a great location as many big box named restaurants and familiar stores are VERY close by. The tire shop next door was a plus as I had to have a tire balanced. Quick and fair priced service. This hotel offers weekly rates so there are a few full time residents there whom seemed friendly and for most part went about their business with no negative experience. The pool is way smaller than the pictures portray but it was a bit cool to be swimming anyway. The interior security lock was missing from the door. And you could see light from around the entire door defiantly not sealed well. Overall not bad. Would I stay here again?  Yes

Das Bett war wie ein Rock hart. Die Kissen waren flach und dünn und hart. Die AC-Einheit konnte nicht von 60 Grad entfernt werden. Der ganze Ort riecht wie Rauch & ****. Als die Leute im Zimmer neben uns Rauchen begannen, sieben sie unter der angrenzenden Tür. Keine Tiere erlaubt. Das WLAN war so schlecht, dass es nicht einmal mit meinem Telefon oder Laptop verbunden wäre. Die Blinden hatten kein Sher-Sheet, so dass wenn Sie sie öffnen, jeder durchlaufen kann sie direkt ins Zimmer sehen. Keine TV-Guide. Kein Frühstück serviert. Das Hotel ist nur gut für Leute, die nach einem günstigen Zimmer suchen, um in zu bleiben, während sie die Nacht durchgehen. Good value for money. Clean and comfortable bed. They accommodated our request for a room on the quieter side of the hotel. Not top end accommodation but a good middle of the road motel. Would stay again. Good value for money.

Sehr sauber und großartig gelegen. Ich ging zum Bereich für eine Geschäftsreise und war sehr zufrieden mit der Erleichterung meines Einchecks sowie mit den Einrichtungen insgesamt. Ich würde noch einmal dort bleiben, wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin.

Juli 1 Ich ging ein, um zu prüfen . Ich hatte zwei Reservierungen . Ich kam um 3 Uhr . Die Vorderseite Lady sagte, dass nur eines meiner Zimmer bereit und die Hausbetreiber waren noch die anderen Zimmer zu reinigen . Ich sagte ihr, dass es gut ist, ich werde gerade zurückkommen . Ich kam um 6:30 Uhr zurück und sie sagte, dass mein anderes Zimmer noch nicht bereit war und es waren 12 Leute vor mir, die noch kein Zimmer hatten 🤦🏾‍♀️ Zu diesem Zeitpunkt bin ich verwirrt . Die Dame am Vordertisch sagte, sie müsse ihr Essen wegen der Situation, die mit den Hausmeistern vor sich ging, anrufen. Ich stand nur dort geduldig warten. Ich wartete etwa 15 Minuten, bis ich gerade verließ, weil es schrecklich war. Die Lobby war mit einer Gruppe von Leuten verpackt, die kein Zimmer hatten und an diesem Punkt war ich irritiert. Ich rief dort vielleicht 2 Stunden später noch NO Room WAS READE . Dann sagte die Dame am Front Desk mir das Zimmer, das für mich bereit war, sie mussten aus dem Dienst setzen, weil ein Gast sagte, es riecht wie ********* , so jetzt bin ich wirklich verwirrt, weil sie im Grunde mein Zimmer weggegeben, das war bereit . Ich sagte ihr, dass sie die Reservierung einfach abbrechen. Erst durch das war ein Urlaubsende , sie sollte nie allein auf zweiten Schicht . (Sie arbeitete unter Druck groß) Die Lobby wurde mit PPL nur warten und Beschwerden geladen . Sekunden sie brauchen mehr Hausbetreiber. Wenn Sie wussten, dass Sie nur 3 Hausbetreiber, die Tagesverwaltung sollte da sein, um ihnen Zimmer zu reinigen ..

I've stayed at this hotel twice in the span of two weeks due to business trips. Both times I visited there was a weird smell throughout the hotel, but I booked again because I had no issues checking in and the beds were nice. My mistake. I walked in and the same smell was there, but ignored it due to the closeness that the hotel provided to the company I work for. When trying to check in I was informed the card on file needed to be on hand or I needed an authorization for for use. Again, I had been booked previously at this location a week and a half previous to this stay and had never been asked this before. I informed them of this and the desk attendant just repeated herself that I needed the card on hand or an authorization form. Offered no solution to the problem, didn't try to look up my stay beforehand to verify I had been here before or explain the reason for the inconsistency. I ultimately had to call a manager to come to the hotel with the card. Upon informing her she allowed me to check in before they had arrived. Desk attendant was rude although she tried her 'best' at a fake pleasant customer service voice. Won't be booking here again.
