My family recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the staff's behavior. From the moment we arrived, we were met with hostility and rudeness. The staff members were not only unhelpful but also outright disrespectful, often raising their voices and making rude comments. This lack of basic customer service skills made our stay extremely uncomfortable. On several occasions, we witnessed staff yelling at other guests, which created a very negative and stressful atmosphere. It was clear that they lacked the necessary training to handle guests with courtesy and professionalism. Their behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel, such as the location or amenities. We sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as the current state of customer service is unacceptable. Until significant improvements are made, we would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We have been coming to the sea at the Apollo Hotel for three years, but this year 2023. we are not satisfied either with the cleanliness of the hotel or with the food. Only the pools were well maintained.

We are very satisfied with the hotel and the staff :) Very friendly hotel and clean also. Lot to do with children and beautiful beach nearby. Very great animation team in the hotel also. Five points.

The accommodations at Apollo Spa Resort exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated. I arrived I arrived on Friday, August 11, 2023, everything was nice, the first experience was that we had to pay for the hotel parking, nothing to comment here except that the price is a bit exaggerated for Bulgaria. The hotel looks ok, it is recently renovated. From my point of view, the 3 elevators do not match how many rooms the hotel has. Problems: "cleaning", meaning starting with the cleaning of communal toilets, does not exist or is not done. The hallways and rooms are carpeted, but the vacuum cleaners left behind some piles of hair/dust (I don't know what they are from). To my astonishment, I was surprised when I saw that my door was opened and the trash can was emptied only after 2 days, my reaction to the way to refill the cosmetic products was also fantastic, after they came to change them after two days, they only changed my shower gel for one person. I think the cleaning people found an open bottle in the bathroom (with water in it) and thought I still had shower gel. Moving on, if you want to take a shower, you have to divide your towel so that you can use it, for example, for 4 days, I divided it into four. It was disgusting that the towel is disposable, I'm bald and I wiped my head and it was already wet... the toilet in the bathroom I'll leave it to you to appreciate, I'm attaching a picture of the shower drain, toilet lid. The swimming pool/swimming pools are ok, but the reception advised me (as if I would ever come here again) to bring towels from home... The bars are ok, but they still need to learn: for example, if you ask for a "gin and tonic" about everywhere I've been it's made from one part "gin" and two to three parts "tonic water", here it's made from gin with mineral water.... The beach can be reached by a train, don't expect it to drop you off in front of the hotel beach, and don't expect to see the sunrise, the train operates between 09:00-17:00. The beach is like the beaches in Constanta, you can't walk among the sunbeds..., it only has two WCs (of the ecological plastic ones...), and if you want to go to the beach, the hotel staff recommends that you bring towels from home. The food as well as the entertainment is ok, but the staff's friendliness is zero. For children they have a minidisco every evening, after which there is a disco for adults. I do not recommend the experience for which I paid a rather generous amount, I for one would not come again even if I had nowhere else to go.
