Perfect place Absolutely no complaints. The location is close to everything including the downtown shops and restaurants and an array of fantastic hikes. Our place was the perfect size for us to come back and relax after our many adventures out and about.

Awesome Getaway! My husband and I booked a long getaway over the Memorial weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased with the apartment! Perfect location, very clean and ease of communicating with Jay was great. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. Extra nice touches taking it to the next level (coffee/tea, snack basket, extra toiletries basket in case you forgot something and great info on the surrounding area and all it offers). We took the Lariat Loop one day as recommended and it didn’t disappoint! Definitely a must is to take the extra 18 mile drive up to Echo Lake! I would highly recommend booking this wonderful apartment! Thanks Jay for an awesome getaway!! Brian and Michele

Exceptional Stay in Golden Our trip was a combination of business in Denver and leisure, and the city of Golden proved to be the ideal base for both. The light rail into Denver was incredibly convenient—just a short distance from the property and easy to navigate.As for the accommodations, the Golden Foothills Suite exceeded our expectations. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the emphasis on sustainability and stewardship to the small travel essentials you might forget to pack—everything was taken care of.The building is quiet, impeccably maintained, and each time we returned, it truly felt like coming home.Jay is a wonderfully attentive host, responding promptly to any questions we had before and during our stay. Even before we arrived, Jay kindly offered to take us hiking—and of course, we said yes! He and Susan guided us through a scenic hike in Apex Park, pointing out local birds, native plants, and stunning geological features along the way.All in all, this was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in—highly recommended!
