We checked in around noon, went up to the room extremely tired and took a long nap before leaving again. We noticed there were no blankets in the room even though it is 9 degrees celsius in the city. We arrived again at night and requested blankets and extra pillows. First: The cleaning of the room is questionable as well as its condition. We waited forever for the blankets and we called again for it. We were told they were coming. That was around 11:15PM. WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS THAT LEAVES GUESTS WITHOUT BLANKETS? We waited too long and went downstairs to ask and we were told to wait. Went downstairs a second time at approximately 12:40AM and asked where  we could go to personally grab the items. I find that this hotel leaves their staff without enough support, I believe. Employees seem very unhappy working here and unwilling to please guests with simple things like service with a smile or a blanket. The room also did not have a TV remote. Horrible first impression of this hotel. Breakfast was ok. Coffee not good, but that could be a matter of taste. Even though towels were requested, they did not leave us with towels. We had to hunt them down and when we got them they were like kitchen rags. One employee was friendly and spoke english. He worked on Saturday night. The majority were not too friendly. The pillow and sheets were stained. I think mine had blood. It was so late when I noticed that I didnt even feel like letting them know cause I knew they would not care. Parking is advertised on *********** as free but we paid at checkout. Who knows? Never staying there again.

Ich war zwischen dem 02. und 03. September im Zimmer 403 mit unerträglicher Mofo-Luft, nur 1 Aufzug funktioniert, um 2 Uhr morgens 6 Menschen kamen ins Zimmer 404 mit hohen Gesprächen, Lächeln und gelächelt in der Tür, Ich habe zehnmal bei der Rezeption für Nummer 9 angerufen und niemand antwortete, um 2:40 Uhr ging ich hinunter und berichtete die Situation an den Rezeptionisten, der in dem Zimmer anrufte, aber die Lärm stand nicht um 3:20 Uhr an der Rezeption anrufe ich wieder dieses Mal antwortete und Leider sagte er, dass er im Zimmer angerufen hatte und die Person verweigerte die Schleife im Zimmer, das bis 5 Uhr morgens dauerte. Ich empfehle niemanden, Zimmer und jede schmutzige Infrastruktur, sehr schwacher Frühstück für einen teuren Tag.

I was absolutely shocked with the quality and beauty of this hotel . It is definitely the mostly luxurious and beautiful hotel in Goiânia that I have ever stayed in . Staff was very friendly and helpful , the food at breakfast was great and the overall vibe and cleanliness of the place surprised me . I was very pleased and satisfied with the hotel . The Wi-Fi was also fast and available in all areas of the hotel . If I can point out a few things to improve . There was no pool and the gym was very small and there wasn’t enough equipment and the ones they had were not the best.

Ótimo hotel, café da manhã tem muita variedade, quarto muito limpo, preço excelente, fica em uma ótima localização com tudo perto. Funcionários atenciosos. Tratam a gente muito bem. Obrigada por tudo

Hotel gut in der Nähe des Flughafens. Große Zimmer, sehr angenehm, mit Mikrowelle, Esstisch, Wäscherei und Schranken(Mini-Küche). Das Restaurant funktioniert für Mittagessen und Abendessen. Sehr gut Pool und ausgestattete Akademie. Sehr gut Kosten-Nutzen. Der nächste Vc findet noch ein tolles und super-preisiges Gesicht (Villagio Teinta und drei).

Todas as vezes que viemos à Goiânia nos hospedamos no Maione e sempre somos muitíssimo bem atendidos. O quarto é extremamente limpo e confortável. O Hotel conta com vaga de garagem com segurança o que faz muita diferença. A gerente Kássia é uma pessoa extremamente gentil e pronta para ajudar em tudo durante a hospedagem. Ela sempre é muito educada e resolutiva. Todos os contatos que tivemos com ela foram ótimos! Já no café da manhã, contamos também com a gentileza da Dona Valéria, sempre simpática e pronta para atender às nossas necessidades. O café é bem variado e conta com opções fresquinhas e bem preparadas. Só elogios ao café também. Em relação ao atendimento da recepção, Sajadi sempre sorridente, nos recebe muito bem. Já ocorreu de não termos reservado com antecedência e o hotel e ele estar lotado, mas foi bom pq ficamos em outro hotel que só serviu para termos mais certeza ainda de que o Hotel Maione realmente é diferenciado. Uma única sugestão seria trocar ao menos a luz do abajur por uma luz amarela, pois ela traria mais conforto e aconchego, mas isso não diminui em nada a nossa satisfação com o Maione. Recomendamos em sombra de dúvidas.

Fiquei no quarto Twin com duas camas de solteiro grandes. Quarto com boa iluminação natural, bom isolamento acústico, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade, travesseiro gostoso, bom colchão. Banheiro pequeno, mas com uma pia grande, chuveiro excelente. Frigobar bem recheado, apesar dos itens serem caros (6 reais por 500ml de água mineral). Café da manhã muito bom, simples mas com itens muito saborosos. Não usei piscina e sauna. Estacionamento gratuito

SENSACIONAL, hotel aconchegante, limpos, cama maravilhosa, pessoal desde a recepção, limpeza e o café de um carinho e presteza inigualável. AMEI e voltarei com certeza. Lugar perto de tudo é seguro, quem optar por comprar algo para comer no Hotel ele oferece toda infra estrutura, tem microondas, forno, talheres e pratos e um ambiente agradável Para fazer sua refeição. Tem lugar para as crianças brincarem dentro do Hotel. Andar só para mulheres, achei um diferencial que não encontrei em vários hotéis que já me hospedei.

Sie haben die Erwartungen erfüllt, gute Lage (Sicherheit), saubere und gut organisierte Umgebung. Frühstück mit vielen Optionen und gut serviert. Unfehlbarer Freundlichkeit. Entweder Freizeit oder Geschäftsreise ist meine Wahl, wenn ich in Goiania bin.
