We checked in around noon, went up to the room extremely tired and took a long nap before leaving again. We noticed there were no blankets in the room even though it is 9 degrees celsius in the city. We arrived again at night and requested blankets and extra pillows. First: The cleaning of the room is questionable as well as its condition. We waited forever for the blankets and we called again for it. We were told they were coming. That was around 11:15PM. WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS THAT LEAVES GUESTS WITHOUT BLANKETS? We waited too long and went downstairs to ask and we were told to wait. Went downstairs a second time at approximately 12:40AM and asked where  we could go to personally grab the items. I find that this hotel leaves their staff without enough support, I believe. Employees seem very unhappy working here and unwilling to please guests with simple things like service with a smile or a blanket. The room also did not have a TV remote. Horrible first impression of this hotel. Breakfast was ok. Coffee not good, but that could be a matter of taste. Even though towels were requested, they did not leave us with towels. We had to hunt them down and when we got them they were like kitchen rags. One employee was friendly and spoke english. He worked on Saturday night. The majority were not too friendly. The pillow and sheets were stained. I think mine had blood. It was so late when I noticed that I didnt even feel like letting them know cause I knew they would not care. Parking is advertised on *********** as free but we paid at checkout. Who knows? Never staying there again.

Es ist ein sehr komfortables, renoviertes und mit ausgezeichneter Aufmerksamkeit von der Mitarbeiterin. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, gut gemütlich und mit einem sehr guten Zeitplan; Buffet-Stil. Aufmerksamen Empfang, nicht gut Englisch sprechen, aber sie versuchen, ausländische Besucher zu betreuen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, geräumig. Die Kleider sind klein; wie für kurze Reisen mit wenig Kleidung. Das Badezimmer ist angemessen, nicht groß. Die Artikel sind modernisiert. Die Bademantel sind gut; wenn Sie Körperlotion benötigen, können Sie ohne zusätzliche Kosten beantragen. Es gibt kein kostenloses Flaschenwasser. In der Rezeption geben Sie mit Eis gefiltertes Wasser. Die Minibar ist gut gepflegt, aber teuer.

Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung ist sehr neu und es fühlt sich in dieser Zeit sicherer an als die anderen Hotels. Das Zimmer ist groß, komfortabel und die Lage ist gut. Mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit.

Ótimo hotel, café da manhã tem muita variedade, quarto muito limpo, preço excelente, fica em uma ótima localização com tudo perto. Funcionários atenciosos. Tratam a gente muito bem. Obrigada por tudo

Vernünftiges Hotel. Große Sauce, legales Aussehen, nette Rezeptionisten und Service über WhatsApp genau. Gute Zimmer und Bett, Klimaanlage ok, große Badezimmer aber die Box ist klein, eine fette Person kann nicht eingehen. Die Reinigung während des Aufenthalts war nicht mehr wünschenswert, ich fand nicht jeden Tag zu reinigen, und deshalb habe ich die Müll, die ich produzierte, selbst entsorgt. Einen Tag, an dem ich Reinigung beantragt habe, schneiden sie nur die Betten und tauschen die Tappet aus dem Badezimmerboden, das gleiche war voller Haare auf dem Boden und keine Toilettenpapier, ich musste beantragen. Mein Zimmer blieb nahe dem Aufzug, so war der Lärm ganz am ganzen Tag und viel von der Nacht. Ich ging nicht in den Pool, aber angesichts dessen schien sie sauber, eine ruhige Umgebung, ich ging zweimal und der Pool war leer. Frühstück mit dem nötigen und alles gut gemütlich.

Ein gut gelegenes Hotel für alle, die in 25 und Umgebung einkaufen möchten. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber online buchen. Wenn Sie es an der Theke stehen lassen und fertig sind, erhalten Sie keinen guten Preis!

Excelente localização, estacionamento grátis, quarto com disponibilidade de 2 águas, 2 bolachas club social e 2 chocolates grátis. Café da manhã é o único ponto que eu vejo com possibilidade de ter uma melhoria em questão da diversificação de itens.

Pessoal, esse hotel apesar de se da rede OYO é péssimo. A limpeza é mal feita. O colchão não tem capa e é machado. Disponibilizam apenas um lençol fino além do que cobre o colchão. Os quartos não possuem acústica e escutamos tudo que as pessoas falam e fazem nos quartos ao lado. Não há regra de silencio, pelo menos não é fiscalizado pelo hotel. Na minha estadia uma pessoa bêbada tentou entrar no meu quarto forçando a fechadura e com som alto no celular, foi horrível. Quando reclamei o recepcionista da noite foi super mal educado comigo e levou para o lado pessoal, me questionando se eu achava que era ele que tinha mandado essa pessoa lá, enfim, sem a menor empatia com o hospede, ainda mais por ser mulher, custei a dormir, um verdadeiro pesadelo! Não recomendo.

Fiquei no quarto Twin com duas camas de solteiro grandes. Quarto com boa iluminação natural, bom isolamento acústico, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade, travesseiro gostoso, bom colchão. Banheiro pequeno, mas com uma pia grande, chuveiro excelente. Frigobar bem recheado, apesar dos itens serem caros (6 reais por 500ml de água mineral). Café da manhã muito bom, simples mas com itens muito saborosos. Não usei piscina e sauna. Estacionamento gratuito
