East Beach is our Favorite Beach spot with generous Public parking and easy access! We love to walk to nearby Beachcombers BBQ, ECHO or Barrier Island Brewery for drinks + bites! There are plenty of beach chairs + beach towels for your use so you don't have to lug yours- There is also a great beach service offering Umbrella/Chair set-up if you prefer! They also offer kayak/paddleboard/boogie board/fun cycle rentals and Sailboat ride/lesson! Walk or Bike all of the generous tree-lined trails which weave throughout the Island. "Saintly" is an end unit condo that is a short one minute walk to the Sea Palms Resort & Convention Center. The 18th green and lagoon are directly in back of this condo which provides stunning views.The first floor has 2 master suites and each is furnished with a 43" flat screen TV. One bedroom has a king bed with an air system mattress so you can determine your own comfort level. The other bedroom has a king I Comfort Serta mattress with ever cool fuse gel memory foam for cool, supportive sleep. This bedroom also has a screened porch with a day bed for relaxation. Captain's Bluff is a newly renovated historical house on the Frederica River. Come and see St. Simons the way it used to be on 18 acres of undeveloped wilderness. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in this 1800 sf home. Two bedrooms have queen beds with private baths and a third bedroom has a pull out trundle bed that sleeps 2 with a half bath. There is also a sitting room upstairs with a queen sized sleeper sofa. The private dock is on deep water and can accommodate a boat up to 40 feet. Ask about our kayaks and paddleboard.
