Room was tired and shabby. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful, eggs and hash brown not cooked and beans cold. No decaf coffee or tea bags. Toaster didn’t work. Car parking was good and good location. Handy for designer outlet.

Restful stay and lovely staff, especially Heidi C in the restaurant, Heidi was so attentive even though they were short staffed meaning that she was extra busy, she went above and beyond which made our time there very special. Thank you Heidi. You really looked after us!

We stayed two nights in a top floor premier plus room which was fine. Had all we needed clean and comfortable. It's a bit like a deserted village hardly any staff around automated check in..no one in reception area. We made a mistake by booking breakfast here for 2 mornings. The dining room being deserted should have warned us! The first day wasn't too bad but today's experience was awful. No one to book you in then a workman in a dirty hi viz and bobble hat appeared ( turns out he was the chef! No sign of a waitress to have tea or coffee eventually saw one who brought us two mugs with tea bags no sugar or milk..she didn't look very happy ! The food had been there for a while one egg dried up and no one at all around. The " chef" appeared still in his dirty hi viz and offered to cook us 2 which he did. We ate what we could but certainly wasn't an enjoyable experience. Stay in the rooms by all means it's convenient for lots of places but eat out don't waste your money! Plenty of eating places in the near vicinity

I've stayed at Premier Inn Gloucester (Quayside) many times before and always have a nice quiet and pleasant stay. The hotel is very convenient for the Quays and the city. The hotel is clean and well presented. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Hotel room was good and we got free parking at the hotel. No complaints 😀 There’s a Costa outside the hotel and a nice Spanish tapas restaurant/cafe in the block next to the hotel which was nice to eat in. Would recommend staying here, was a short stroll into the quayside shops cafes etc.

Heidi C in the restaurant opposite the main hotel was fantastic. Great customer service and very attentive. Food was pretty standard but the service made up for it. Hotel was ok apart from our room smelt fusty and damp. We have stayed here numerous times and always enjoy our stay but this time the room did disappoint.

As usual the P/Inn was very good. However, they have got rid of the Beafeater,but kept to " feed and drink". As going for a meal here like we did last year it's important. So, I went in at 2pm only to be told when I asked a cleaner that it was shut until 5.30pm. I was miffed at this. So, went down at 6.30 you could sit anywhere. Drinks, the couple being served were having to pick others were out of stock. Then when it came to me, limited to 2 lagers, apparently no lime. Wine limited in choice as well. So tried to order off a very limited menu only to be told this and that was out of stock and, again for pudding. Next day we fell for it again with a meal deal, this time the starter I wanted was out of stock and, a main was out of stock, basically I had to order what I didn't want. It happened to all in our party. Breakfast next day was fine but average. As I mentioned, we look forward to a meal attached to the Premier or close by. This was just not good at all and, puts me off going again. Now I know they are refurbishing that part, but that is no excuse.

Our stay for one night was as expected from a Premier Inn. Room/bed comfortable. Temperature fine. More on site parking than expected, and free for guests. Such a bonus for such a central location. Speaking of location, it's unbeatable. Literally just over the road from all of the shops and restaurants. Lost a point due to rooms being a bit shabby (lots if scuffs on the walls), noise from neighbouring rooms/the corridor (bearable, and in short bursts), but mainly due to the breakfast room being so understaffed. The breakfast was good, but long waits with items constantly running out. The staff on duty were rushed off their feet - I felt sorry for them. This wouldn't put us off returning. Would have been a 5 star review without the short staffing issues.

Rooms lovely, lauren and her staff very hospitable, great breakfast with a good selection of food The only downside was the pillows need two on the bed not one only but that is just me i like to see 2 pillows on a bed The hotel is a newish hotel in the quayside with shops bars etc The hotel was very quiet around it meanibg that noise was a minimum thus not ruining the night as the hotel situated just away from the anenities Thank you for reading if required of any dobts
