We spent there our days off , got totally satisfied with a choice. Cosy room , delicious breakfast, especially sausages , convenient infro structure, great service, and receptionist Vasulyl is tones of humour . Will be back someday! Highly recommend!

first time at gloucester, away with family. was greeted by Holly and tom on reception. very warm welcome . didn’t have evening meal. Breakfast was served my I think ala was really good. House keeping spotless clean room . Spoke to karen the supervisor On leaving with kinsey am reception. Thank you All will come again soon

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy from the outside at night , but it was quite possible to get enough sleep . The breakfast was very hearty and delicious. The staff is very helpful. Many thanks to the receptionist Vasyl.

I've been cleaning hotels for around 6 years and I have to say - the room was astoundingly clean. I checked for dust, hairs, marks - absolutely nothing. Probably the cleanest I've ever seen! Very impressed. And I know how tough hotel cleaning can be. Great job HSK! As for the rest, pretty standard Travelodge. Sturdy and simple. No wall lamps in the room, so pretty harsh lighting, but I can live with that. Comfy bed, hot shower and a good breakfast spread. All you're after from an affordable hotel.

A very comfortable room, friendly, courteous staff, excellent breakfast, a well stocked bar and a good deal arrangement with adjoining multi-story car park, with hotel receipt we only paid £5 for a day and night. Adjacent to shopping centre and easy access to city centre. As a group, we were in unanimous opinion that we'd stay there again.

All good for a one night stay in Gloucester after watching the Rugby. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of everything. The Room was clean but lacked a little bit of comfort. Better signage from the car park.

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was a bit basic and not much choice i exepcted better. There are no phones in the room which generally is fine as i have no need to make calls however one night there were loud drunk guests rampaging up and down the corridor banging on doors (mine was banged multiple times) this was at 11.30pm and carried on until at least 12.30am. I had no way to contact reception to complain and as a solo female traveller this was very upsetting.

Our check in was friendly, smooth and informative. We ate in the restaurant and had drinks. Ian had taken care of us since we arrived. Excellent customer service with a clean hotel. In the heart of Gloucester. Everything a family needs, thank you.

The room was shabby although clean. The bed was far too soft. When we got to break there was no cooked breakfast had to wait. There was only scrambled egg no other type of egg. Had to ask 3 times for cutlery. Had to ask for yoghurt. Bread for toast was hidden in drawers with no labels. Had to ask for glasses. Not a good experience.
