Our house was build circa 1909 with the original name Cobblehurst. It was the first homestead built in the area now know as No Name and is situated in prime position to maximize views of spectacular Glenwood Canyon. It is one of the first ever Craftsman Houses built in Colorado and retains many of the original features including river rock porch & fireplace & paneled ceilings. The setting is stunning in the middle of the Colorado Rockies but only a 3 minute drive into downtown Glenwood Springs which has many restaurants, shops and activities including the world famous Colorado Hot Springs. Historic but also fully updated with a spectacular master suite which includes Steam Room, Sauna and Step Machine, The accommodation is composed of the living room, separate dining room, 4 bedrooms (one of which is the master suite); 2 bathrooms; Kitchen and Laundry room. Outdoor space includes a classic river rock porch; outdoor fire-pit; outdoor dining seating. Sitting on 1.5 acres you have your own private forest which also includes a a large fenced in area for dogs. From the house there are multiple walks/biking trails including No Name Creek/Jesse Weaver Trail; Colorado River walk; and Glenwood Springs trail. Also very close to Hanging Lake which is one of the most amazing scenic areas in Colorado. World class fly fishing on your door step; along with white water rafting & zip lining. Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park is just minutes away. It is is America's only mountain top them park and amazing place to visit with astounding thrill rides for the whole family. For the winter No Name is nicely positioned,, less than an hour from Aspen and Beaver creek.
