Our new 3 bedroom home has a timber deck with lovely views of Mt Wellington and the natural bush nearby, which attracts wallabies and birds, regularly seen from our house. In fact they often hop down by the house in the evening. From the top of the driveway, you can see the River Derwent. It's in a quiet, private spot at the end of a cul-de-sac, with views from all rooms. Warm in winter and cool in Summer, it's close to shops, banks, cinema, and supermarkets. Less than five minutes away is Tolosa Park which has picnic/bbq areas, wildlife and a some swings and the lovely Lenah Valley Creek and walk is also a short drive away.
