This place was horrible. I give it a zero. It looked like the floor had never been mopped. The cover on the bed had stains on it. There wasn’t any pillows in the room. No towels, the remote had no batteries so when I took it to the front desk they put some in. Tired the TV but it didn’t work. The wall above the shower head had a hole it. Horrible place to stay!!! I do not recommend it. I landed up getting a sleeping bag out of my car and slept in that on the bed. I wouldn’t even give it a number 1, more like 000

Do not trust. My wife reserved a suite four months in advance. It was expressly stated in writing that no deposit was required, so none was put down. On the first evening of our reservation, hours before the advertised close of registration, we presented ourselves at the front desk, only to be told that our reservation had been unilaterally cancelled earlier that day. In rude terms, and with insinuations that this was somehow our fault for believing what they had advertised, we were told that there were no other vacancies, and that we had no remedy. We were turned away into the night to find other shelter, which we accomplished only hours later when we got the last available room in a much more expensive hotel. Days later, we were able to relocate to more affordable lodging, which was still more expensive than what we had reserved. There we remained for the rest of our two-week vacation. Complaints to the customer relations office of the parent corporation, Red Roof, produced only repetitive canned responses offering absolutely nothing other than the assurance that they were sorry that we were unhappy. Unless you are willing to litigate for damages based on reasonable reliance (we ultimately were not), just stay away.

I booked 5 nights in advance, paid in full through Super.com which is a wonderful site/app especially if you travel a good bit and even if you don't because of all the cashback they give you on every purchase you make with the super pay card that just uses the money in your back account when you use it but gives you minimum 10% cash bank on everything. Well i also booked in advanced because thats the only way to really fet 5he best affordable rates and all. Well i get to the property to check in only to be told that there are no rooms available for me. I informed her that i had already paid in advanced. And she informed me with an ill tempered attitude that it didnt matter cause that property goes on first come first serve and i had booked through s 3rd party so im not guaranteed a room even tho i paid. So i reach out to super which only agreed to give ma a full refund plus 10%. I came here from 1400 miles away for a short job. Which i they fired m because i couldn't stay awake and alert due to trying to get sleep in my vehicle in below freezing weather because super issued a refund bur it wont be tho through diff 3-5 business days so i have not the funds to get another room with somewhere else nor would i be able to get it for that rate having to book last minute. Also i went on there official website and it showed they had rooms available to book while i was in the parking lot after being refused a room i had already paid on full for. This has put me in a very terrible situation and costed way more than what i originally paid in da my financial damages, employment loss, as well as hardship and mental distress, and now im stuck in a place i know nobody, have no shelter, no funds available, and not enough fuel in my vehicle to Hardly make it anywhere to get assistance, and it's below freezing outside with me not being prepared for this type whether as i am unfamiliar with this part of the country as i grew up and lived my life in Georgia, the deep humid hot South. So yeah ive actually been contemplating on some petty crimes just to get warmer clothing and food supplies. This place should be placed under more professional experienced staff or shut down. I will be seeking litigation

This lady who suppose to be a supervisor or something of the sort was in the street laying with legs up in the air. Insane place. Don’t book at this place. Disgusting unprofessional. Seen her blurring out racial slurs to a couple.

Worse than bad. Filthy rooms beyond repair. Sketchy people milling around at all hours. Someone banging on our door around 4:00 am? No bedspread. Only dirty stained sheets. Cleaning barged in the room unannounced at 8:45 am. Not worth any kind of savings.

This was an absolute disgusting, deal, unsafe, and infested with paraphernalia of drug use. I took videos and photos. I requested a full refund immediately upon checking in. It was refused, and now I am taking this to a higher level, an absolute terrifying nightmare, and the cost was beyond belief warning do not stay at this hotel chain.
