Strath Lodge Glencoe

If you're exploring the Glencoe area, stay here! We could not have been happier with our stay at Strath Lodge. Dawn and Lawrence were impeccable hosts who were kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The Lodge is beautifully appointed and comfortable. Hiking trails are just steps away. And Lawrence makes a terrific breakfast! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again to Dawn and Lawrence!

Wow! We had a wonderful stay at Strath Lodge. Everything was so well appointed and Dawn was an excellent and very responsive host. Breakfasts were delicious and very accommodating to your preferences. We stayed in the upstairs room with a wonderful view. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely room in a wonderful house and setting. The breakfast was cooked to perfection each morning - the porridge is highly recommended. Location is central to all the tourist sites we wanted to visit. Our stay couldn’t have been better and we will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Strath Lodge. The location was fabulous: we loved how centrally located it was, while also feeling tucked away and secluded. Our room and sitting area were lovely, and the views were beautiful. The whole house was so clean and tidy, which really added to our experience. Dawn was a wonderful host. She gave us great hiking recommendations, and we loved talking with her each day. The breakfasts were absolutely incredible. Overall we had a great experience; we will absolutely come back if we ever visit Glencoe again, and we will recommend Strath Lodge to anyone we know who is planning a trip to Glencoe. Thank you!!

Strath Lodge is the perfect place to stay while visiting around Glencoe. Dawn and Lawrence are wonderful hosts and take great care of their beautiful lodge. Our room was very spacious and immaculate. Breakfast every morning was amazing and plentiful. From the homemade porridge to fresh eggs from their own chickens, everything was fresh to order and delicious. Lawrence makes the best breakfasts. Dawn was so patient and helpful in giving directions and information about hiking around the area. She is a wealth of valuable information. They make the perfect team. You can walk beautiful trails right from their front door. I would highly recommend Strath Lodge..you won't be disappointed! We will definitely return:)

If you are looking for exceptionally clean, excellent service and location, comfortable bed, yummy home made breakfast and great hiking, look no more. Dawn and Laurence really have an eye for detail and you will feel at home here. The rooms are so clean everywhere you look , the linens are crispy and soft , the bed super comfy , our room downstairs was big and we had a second room for ourself with recliners and a tv. The breakfast was home made and delicious and dawn gave us every day suggestions of activities and did not disappoint. We stayed four nights and we wished we had stayed longer. It was one of the best places we had stayed ever , specially because the attention to detail. Better than most of some well known hotels brands we used to frequent and many five starts hotels we had stayed in the past. So thanks Dawn and Laurence for doing such a good job for your guests.
