Quite frankly, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Cairo. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very hospitable and deals with the guests. I felt at home from the kind treatment that I dealt with from the staff, especially from the internal supervision staff. I especially thank Miss Fatma, as she is one of the most helpful employees. I really want to visit this hotel again for this respectful and high hospitality

Das Essen war mittelmässig, die Englischkenntnisse des Personals rudimentär, was ja alles noch erträglich gewesen wäre. Aber wir hätten Winterbekleidung mitnehmen sollen. Die ca. 20 m hohe Lobby sowie die Restaurants waren auf gefühlte 15 Grad (höchstens) herunter gekühlt - wir haben dort sogar einen Gast mit Mütze und Handschuhen gesehen… In Ägypten wird allgemein zu stark gekühlt, aber das war wirklich das Letzte. Da fragt man sich echt, warum wir in Europa versuchen, Energie zu sparen, wo es geht. Es ist auch einfach nur traurig, was hier an Müll produziert wird: Süssgetränke gibts nur in Dosen und immer mit zusätzlich in Plastik verpackten Strohhalmen. Der Grossteil des Mülls landet in der Natur, aber auch dies ist wohl ein nationales Problem. Schade, dass ein Land, das vom Klimawandel härter getroffen wird als viele andere, so kurzsichtig und ignorant ist. Vielleicht gehen andere Hotels verantwortungsvoller mit den knappen Ressourcen um, das Grand Nile Tower jedenfalls nicht - und dabei leidet auch der Komfort der Gäste, denn bei diesen Temperaturen fühlt man sich einfach nicht wohl.

Die Pyramidenblicke vom Balkon waren wunderbar. Wir können Frühstück im Balkon mit Blick auf die Pyramide essen. Das Personal war alles freundlich und hilfreich. Es gibt einen Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss desselben Gebäudes, es ist bequem. Wir werden wieder Ägypten kommen und auch hier bleiben.

Jag va trött när jag kom fram till hotellet, men herre min gud underlätta min resa genom att hjälpa mig hitta den perfekta platsen att stanna i, hotellet var jätte bedårande dofta som en färdig rosmarin.

Es ist ein kürzlich errichtetes Hotel und wird im Aufenthalt bezahlt. Die Ansicht ist das Beste, und das Hotel selbst ist völlig nette. Es ist völlig neu. Es ist direkt neben dem Ticketbüro der Journalistenpyramide. Es scheint, dass viele Koreaner nicht wissen, aber man kann Bilder von drei Pyramiden und Sphinx gleichzeitig nehmen. Frühstück ist kein Buffet, sondern einfach auf der Terrasse essen. Das Zimmer ist teuer, aber die Aussicht auf das Zimmer ist geschlossen. Aber zu diesem Preis ist diese Genauigkeit und Sicht recht vernünftig.

We just spent three nights in the pyramid view family suite, and an additional pyramid view room (with balcony) for our family of 7. The hotel was clean, comfortable, but most importantly, hospitable. The service and level of care shown to our family during our stay was phenomenal. I would specifically like to thank Taha at the reception desk for having boxed breakfasts ready for us this morning for our early check out. That was exceptionally kind of him to do for us without even asking for it! During our stay, we utilized the following services: Laundry, Hotel Restaurant (multiple times 😊), and even room service when we were exhausted from a long day of exploring! I am so grateful for the experience we had at Nozol with the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

Von Aufenthalt bis Abreise Das war eine gute Erfahrung. - Hier ist die Position. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Nachteil ist, dass das Bad ein bisschen arbeitet. Das Wasser ist nicht gut. Das Geschenk ist nicht gut, um sich selbst zu empfehlen.

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

One of the highlights of my visit was the traditional Egyptian breakfast served each morning. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the pyramids, and the staff were always ready to assist with any inquiries or arrangements. Their warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. After a day of exploring, returning to the comfort of my spotless room and indulging in the exquisite breakfast the next morning was the perfect way to experience the magic of Egypt.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, das Gesamtdesign ist sehr modern, die Landschaft ist sehr schön, das Hotelpersonal ist sehr professionell und enthusiastisch, um den Bedürfnissen der Gäste zu entsprechen. Das Hotel verfügt über Starbucks und einen Ausweg von zwei bis drei Minuten entfernt sind es bequeme Laden und Jane Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist hochwertig. WiFi ist auch sehr schnell. geeignet für Urlaubsgeschäfte. Im Hotel traf ich auch Ali Rabee, der Star der ersten Linie im Nahen Osten.
