Ich buchte in diesem Hotel zwischen 15-19 August 2022, weil wir mit Woods Reise zu diesem Hotel gehen mussten, bevor das annulliert wurde. Personal war sehr freundlich an der Rezeption, als wir ankamen. Das Restaurant lebte jedoch nicht auf die Erwartungen. Wir reservierten für Abendessen, Bett und Frühstück. Wir wurden für 4 Nächte in Folge das gleiche Menü angeboten!! Es dauerte über eine Stunde, um anzukommen, und beim Frühstück waren sie aus Marmalade gelaufen, dauerte 15 Minuten, um uns zu informieren, und erschien nur am letzten Tag. Hotel sicherlich nicht 4 Sterne Standard, keine Hotelunterhaltung in der Nacht, Dekor in dem Hotel wurde datiert, Stuhl in der Zimmer hatte ein Loch im Gewebe, Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt, kein Spiegel in der Badezimmer, und Anti-Slip-Mat im Badezimmer. Keine Informationen über die Art und Weise, wie man herauskommt und über, ein Paket von Packungsbeilagen wäre schön gewesen. Sehr langsam bei der Clearing-Tische in Bar-Bereich, allgemeiner Klutter vor allem in Bar-Bereich. Keine Tischreinigung war in der Bar-Zone sichtbar und sah nie die Gemeinderäume reinigen. Personal scheint sehr jung und unbeerfahren. Insgesamt empfehle ich niemanden, dieses Hotel zu besuchen, und würde empfehlen, dass die Sternenbewertung als Dringlichkeitsfall abgebaut wird.

We Stayed at Trivelles Rochester when We attended our friend`s wedding for a Couple of Days and I must say it was a Great Choice, We arrived a bit early but it wasn't a problem, We were met with very friendly and welcoming staff and Shown to Our Room, It had Everything We needed, kettle, tea bags, coffee sachets, Milk and Sugar, The Room also had a Fan and a Shower Room with a Sink and Toilet, The Room itself was Clean with a Very Comfortable Bed, and a place to hang our clothes, I will Definitely Recommend Trivelles Rochester to All my friends and family, And will Return. Thank You for a Lovely Stay.

A lovely hotel, comfy bed, the staff are nice and friendly. Especially Holly, Katie and Terence who are very helpful and always happy to help. Bar staff always know my order and how I like things as I'm a regular. Always tidy and clean and the food is good.

Looking at some of these reviews it would put you off staying. HOWEVER it done us the turn. Room was clean, walls were a bit thin but that's not a problem. Bed was really comfy and the pillows were soft. Bathroom was dated but it was clean. I've stayed in far worse places and it done the trick for the night. Might be different at weekends but can't say we had any problems at all. Staff were welcoming as well

This hotel is adequate enough and our room on level 1 was a good size. In nicer weather a lovely outdoors space with good view can be utilised. The restaurant in this hotel is very nice and worth a visit. The music in the restaurant for breakfast was much more the vibe I would expect with a boutique hotel (chill out Ibiza). The music the night before in the bar area was questionable (boy George) and not aligned to the following morning. The one irritation with this hotel is the fact they do not make you aware (our receptionist) did not anyway! About the parking in front of the hotel not being Free on a Sunday. On arrival we were not lucky enough find a space in the hotels carpark so parked opposite the hotel entrance. Once we checked in we asked if parking was free at the front. The receptionist confirmed it was not free so we downloaded the app and paid ( she did not make this information known on arrival). The receptionist did not then explain parking was also required for the Sunday. We were issued a fine at 08:20 Sunday morning. After paying the fine I spoke to the hotel to give my recommendation that all hotel guests should be made fully aware of parking rules. The receptionist I spoke with said she always tells people and I just confirmed that our receptionist did not. When I left on the Sunday with my fine I counted how many other cars also had a ticket. The number was 10. I do not believe this hotel is doing its best to inform guests which leaves a question mark for me. I personally won’t be returning as I feel other hotels in Southend area have the edge and the fine has left a bit of a negative experience that could have easily been avoided.
