"Absolute pleasure to visit thus family business. The siblings Jacinta and Ngure split AM and PM shifts and are always available on call when a need arises. Wilson is a long time night manager that knows us all by name. Our family has been patrons since the 80s at their sister /mother hotel downtown Gilgil called Mugoiri. There's a new cook of whom is in training, as she didn't know how to prepare an over easy egg. I asked Elizabeth to go show her how to via You Tube academy, and she finally nailed it. Ngure is also working on the their SEO and he takes customer feedback well. Thank you family. Home away from home. "

"I would not recommend this place to anyone who wishes to hold a friends trip. We had booked for grounds to hold our group activities and had even paid upfront only for the management to completely change the plans. Asking us to pay an extra amount for an mc we didnt ask for. Upon which they totally refused to give us a refund when we refused their offer for an mc!!!! This is not right. Mountain lodge you stole from us!!"

"Es ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Sentrim und ich habe ihn sehr genossen und das Personal war so freundlich. Es ist auch ein toller Ort, um Ihre Kinder mitzubringen. Ich habe das Spa ausprobiert und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich habe mich sehr entspannt gefühlt. Beth war meine Masseurin und sie ist so gut. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen."

"With breathtaking views, Sunbird lodge is a sight to behold. Since it’s located uphill, the view of lake Elementaita is magnificent. The landscaping is beautiful, the staff is friendly and the food is good. The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. In fact you wake up the view of the lake from your room!!They also have an in-house naturalist who can take you around to see various species of birds that visit the property. They have also created bird hides, so overall great for photographers. Lake Naivasha is a 45 mins drive from the lodge. Overall I would love to come back again later. I have also attached some photographs of the place."
