Come enjoy this gorgeous home on the Santa Fe River just minutes away from Ginnie Springs, Ichetucknee Springs and the Suwannee River. Sit in the water soaking up the amazing fishing or just playing in the crisp water. If you enjoy diving it doesn't get any better then this. This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath and a outdoor heated shower, has a large open floor plan a gourmet kitchen, huge fireplace, teak wood floors throughout the house and an outdoor fire pit and plenty of seating and decks for family to make memories. The Garage is also heated and Air conditioned. 16 stairs will take you to a flat walk to the rivers edge. Our home is located less then 100 yards from the boat ramp and plenty of parking and a pavilion for very large gatherings. Memorial Day Weekend
We had two families share the house for the weekend. Close to tubing and stores for essentials. The house was lovely, great gathering spot!

Perfect getaway stay for our birthday party on the river.
The Cooksey’s were kind enough to allow us to host a birthday party at their beautiful home on the Santa Fe river. The house was far more spacious than we anticipated. We kayaked, swam, star-gazed, caught fireflies, watched dozens of fish jumping out of the water, and even had a seafood boil. Mrs. Cooksey’s was also very responsive to any questions we had about the property. We couldn’t have asked for a lovier stay and hope to book it again soon. Thank you!

Little piece of heaven
The house is beautiful and just as described. The river is literally a few steps from the property which was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Peaceful place on the river
We enjoy staying at this peaceful house on the Santa Fe River. The boys enjoyed fishing and it’s not far from Ichetucknee Springs tubing. We have visited on more than one occasion. I cannot say enough nice things about the host! They are quick to respond and the amenities made our vacation enjoyable. Hope to visit again in the future.

Peaceful Retreat
Beautiful, clean house! WiFi doesn’t work well but great location to visit many local springs. Owner was very communicative. Perfect end of summer trip.
