You’ll love our place because everything is brand-new and within a 10 minute walk to downtown Gilbert restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Also near San Tan Mall, movies theaters, Cactus Yards baseball fields, Freestone District Park, cities of Chandler, mesa and Tempe are 10 miles and Glendale is 60-90 minutes away.
The comfy beds are from Tuff and Needle and the home has an open floor plan. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families (with kids). The yard can be used for bar-b-ques, eating at the outside table, and kids playing.
Two cars can park in the 2 car driveway. The home, front and backyard are available to guest. Their is a basketball hoop that can be used in the 2 car driveway.
Gilbert Recreation center and park is 2 miles away. The gym has daily/weekly passes can be purchased. This Freestone Park district has playgrounds, train rides, carousel, skate park for scooters and skateboards.
Walking distances to Gilberts best and popular restaurants and entertainment and coffee shops.

2 month stay
The house and property were great.Very clean, well stocked kitchen, along with comfortable furniture. Amee and John were quick to respond to any issues that arose. It is walking distancing to downtown, walking and biking trails.We liked the house so much that we will be staying there again next year.livinroom

Winter get away
Great location for us. Would rent again. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. One of the best properties we’ve ever rented.

Nice place, great location
My family and I stayed here over Christmas and enjoyed it. The house was clean, nicely remodeled and was just as expected. The Christmas tree was a pleasant surprise, and allowed us to have Christmas at the house. We would stay here again.

Perfect VRBO in Downtown Gilbert
If you are looking to stay at a place within walking distance to downtown Gilbert this is it! Amee and John were the perfect hosts! Great communication and very easy to work with. The house was very clean and spacious! Loved that it had a garage too because we had an electric vehicle, that we had to plug in. The home had lots of towels, blankets, and a fully stocked kitchen...you only needed to literally just bring food. It had it all. They also had a desk which was great since we both work from home. I highly recommend this vrbo to anyone that is looking to stay in downtown Gilbert. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing experience
From start to finish this process was easy. I see why the host is “super host”. The property was the the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and the layout of the house was great!!

Family Stay
The location is perfect for families. Two parks just a minute walk, downtown Gilbert right there. It’s a wonderful home, well cared for.

Perfect in every way
I wish I didn't have to give it 5 stars..
Because I'd like this home to be available to us anytime we are in the Phoenix area.
First off the hosts, were absolutely amazing. They answered any and all questions we had prior and during our trip.
They layout was even better than the photos provided.. and the cozy back yard was a great place to relax after those long days.
The best part was the location, it was 20 mins from everywhere we needed to go In Any direction ...
And a quick walk to the downtown core, which had a wonderful vibe, and even better food..
I recommend the Joe's real BBQ, Joyride taco house and of course for desert you got to hit up Topo for that prickly pear ice cream..
Absolutely we would and will stay here again!

Comfy!
Many times when you rent homes, furniture is worn out, saggy etc. That was not the case here. It was very comfortable nicely decorated and only a couple blocks from downtown. The owners were very responsive and nice. Truly enjoyed our stay!
