怎麼説呢，無可取代的位置吧 本身也是一棟老房子 住在這裏特別方便，如果是一個人旅遊 這個青旅在gent算是一首選了

這家店的地理位置很好，就在景區附近。工作人員服務態度極佳，我當天到的很晚，已經半夜12點了，但是工作人員依然熱情的接待了我。是男女混住的，但是很安靜，大家都很有素質和秩序。需要注意的是：大家儘量早點先去check in，半夜抵達的時候可能不能check in，但是依然可以讓你入住。另外，對於我這種初次住青旅的朋友，有一個小提示，這家需要在你退房的時候，自己把Bed sheet等帶下來放到大廳裏～

Only a 1 night stay but was very pleasant. The dorm rooms had an amazing view of Ghent. The way the key card operates with your mobile phone was interesting and definitely a good use of technology. Check in staff were very nice. During summer could do with some air con as there were only fans to cool the room.

I stayed just 1 night, but was expecting worse. I'm not a huge fan of hostels, but this one was pretty good. It was clean, I got a free upgrade. The only negative thing was it was too hot in the room. Other than that, nice staff, nice bed, amazing location etc.

I had a very bad experience with this hostel, I arrived and it was imediately clear that they are not focused at all on having a clean space. They gave me sheets to make my own bed and the sheets had stains on them, as well as the covers in the bedroom, which did not seem clean at all. The location is excellent but minimum requirements in terms of cleaning are not met. Furthermore, there is at least one floor with no bathroom, which means you need to change floors if you ever want to go to the toilet. I do not recommend it at all. I ended up checking out on the same day of check in and went to another place (basically, paid twice for accomodation). When I explained the situation and asked for a refund I received a reply stating that they stand by the quality of their product, which is a bit shocking considering I sent a photo of the dirty sheets and did not even receive an apology.

Great hostel, with futuristic features such as electronic access to the doors via a link emailed to you. The views of the old city from the hostel window are spectacular. The hostel also has a great common area, with full kitchen facilities and a bar. Would stay again 10/10.
