The stay was bad . Dirty bed linens , even worse pillows . The receptionist was harsh and kept calling us on the room landline till an hour after checkin for various reasons , ID , commenting insensitivily about my kids age and aadhar . Pls do not stay at this messy hotel . Nobody to carry luggage at checkout .

Location is good. Staff behaviour is cooperative. Deluxe room was not so good and less amenities but super deluxe room was good. Some issues regarding electrical appliances require maintenance. Food quality is good in preparation and taste. Overall suitable destination at nh4 at reasonable cost. Location of hotel is good. Staff behaviour is also good and cooperative. Some maintenance issues still persist in regards to electrical appliances in the rooms. Moreover, deluxe room in combo offer with supper deluxe was not up to the mark and amenities as described. Any way, food quality is good and tasty it can be recommended to stay at this property at suitable price and place.

Terrible rooms. Lots of mosquitos & cockroaches. No amneties like dental kit etc on asking for it they gave a used toothpaste from other room. No room cleaning unless asked and they won't refresh coffee or tea kits. On a single kit there will be one tea bag, one milk powder poch and one coffee powder for a room where they charged for 3 persons. Gyser was having short circuit and had to change late night. In bathrooms i don't know what kind of soap they use it wont give you feel of a soap even after rubbing for an hour. In restaurant had to wait for an hour for a dish. In breakfast buffet they have a very limited item. Food was good though.
