We only stopped one night but were bowled over by the genuine friendly and helpful nature of all the hotel staff. We arrived at midday but were still offered access to our room after a complementary drink. The shuttle to and from the airport worked perfectly. Our room was typical of modern Holiday Inns, the only fault being a broken hairdryer. The evening buffet meal offered great choice and excellent value at only £250 for as much as you could eat. The location was fine for the airport but otherwise a long way from the city centre or any attractions.

My stay at the lodge was very pleasant. After many hours of flying, the amenities are sufficient to relax and have a rest before connecting flights or before your next move. Staff at reception were lovely, friendly and helpful. Andrew who is part of staff in charge of pick-up and drop-off, waited quite a while for me the collect baggage and was extremely patient and understanding. I’d highly recommend staying there.

Es ist billig wie Chips, also in diesem Sinne werden Sie offensichtlich nichts erwarten flash. Die Handtücher, während sauber, konnten sicherlich mit der Ersetzung tun. Insgesamt würde eine frische Mantelfarbe nicht wehtun und die Kehle war abschmal - wir bestellten eigentlich unsere eigene Kehle von 60/60 - die in dem Zimmer war nicht in ... gut abgestürzt, ewig. Es ist sehr grundlegende Unterkunft, das Telefon im Zimmer funktionierte nicht und der Extraktor oberhalb des Stoßes war deabolisch. Jetzt, für das gute Sachen. Das Personal ist wunderbar. So freundlich und super hilfsbereit, die Eincheckung war breit und auch wenn wir ein volles 2 erreicht haben Wir hatten kaum zu warten, bis unser Zimmer bereit war. Neben dem, was ich bereits erwähnte, war das Zimmer selbst SPOTLOSS und das für die 'schwarz' Bit gemacht. Die Lage ist großartig, Nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen und in der Nähe der Bereiche, in denen wir Geschäfte hatten. Ehrlich gesagt, für was man für diesen Ort zahlen, gibt es keine Beschwerden. Sie können von 60/60/ Uber Eats/Mr Delivery bestellen und es gibt ein Restaurant auf der Website - obwohl wir von ihnen nicht bestellt haben, wir verließen Früh und kam recht spät zurück, so war es einfacher, in bestellen - und sie wurden ins Zimmer geliefert. So alle in, wenn Sie nicht in Jozi für einen Urlaub sind, dann ist dieser Ort eine Art ideal. I have lived here for how many months? honestly the management Has a wrong way of treating their guest long stay or not.. I mean I was paying 650 everyday and never once did they remember to send a cleaner..don’t pay up by 10:41am and then cleaner comes after 10days and she isn’t supposed to clean?! For a place I have stayed at the same apartments for 4months?

The Sandton Garden Court is a gracious hotel located next to Mandela Square. An outstanding buffet breakfast is provided daily. The staff at the front desk helpfully arranged a private tour of Johannesburg for us (cost about 2000 Rand or $100 for two of us) and it was fabulous. When my partner fell ill with a viral infection, the hotel's on-call doctor came to our room, diagnosed the problem and provided medications for symptom relief. We are very grateful and impressed with this hotel.
