Celeste and Peter were the most kindest and unbelievably accommodating hosts I have met to date. From the moment i arrived to the day I left, they showed so much care as to my well being. The Breakfast they served was fit for a King and Queen. I just loved their love and care they shoed. The room I stayed in was spectacularly comfortable and had everything in it to make life so very much relaxing, especially after a hard days work. Even the Shower and bathroom had more than the usual soap that a hotel would normally provide. There was a bathing scrunchy, Shampoo, fragrant bathing and shower gel and just so much more. Every morning, Peter or Celeste would get up early and make sure that the Coffee (specially brewed by them) was ready for me. Seriously, I have never experienced this type of hospitality in all of my travel, whether in South Africa, China, America, Central Africa, and every other place I have been to. Do you know that they even waited up for me when I arrived at 01h00am the one morning because I had been in meetings right into the night - Wow, that was altogether amazing. 4 Star Rating “WTF”: Lassen Sie mich vorne für das Rekord stehen, dies ist die schlimmste Unterkunft in JHB, die ich jemals verblieben! Vergessen Sie 4 Sterne, Glück, als 2 Sterne bewertet werden. Wer die 4-Sterne-Ratings ausgestellt hat, wurde entweder ausgezahlt oder besitzt einen Anteil am Objekt. Er kam zu einem Empfänger, der Sie kaum begrüßen konnte. Habe ich wissen müssen, dass dies ein schlechter Start war. Kein Angebot, mit Gepäck zu helfen trotz keiner Aufzugseinrichtungen. Das Zimmer war grundlegend, aber wie das Hotel, in einer dringenden Notwendigkeit für eine Umstellung und Renovierung. Teppiche sind schmutzig, instant Kaffeebeutel und ein Bar-Kühlschrank, der über eindeutig angezeigt war, fehlende Reinigung und Aufmerksamkeit. Keine Badewanne oder Handtücher im Zimmer - aber warten - die Handtücher funktionieren nicht, so müssen Sie Ihren Weg zurück die Treppen zu unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern machen. Hausaufbewahrung dauerte 15 Minuten, um die Handtücher zu bringen. Warten Sie dort ist mehr: kein warmes Wasser. Zurück zu Mrs. Morbid um die Basis zu fragen. Warten Sie 30 Minuten. Halten Sie die Schreckensgeschichte nur erwärmt sich. Dusche ist blockiert und füllt nur mit Wasser. Zurück nach unten zu dieser Zeit mit dem Manager, der sich eindeutig nicht mit dem Feedback befasst und arrangiert in Haus-Piloten (ein Zeichen, dass dies eine gemeinsame Situation ist). Die Plümfer machen ihre Sache und das ganze Zimmer ist mit dem Stench von Fehlwasser und insipid Wasser für den Rest des Abends gefüllt. Er fragte den Manager um die Frühzeit Stornierungsrichtlinien, aber er hatte keine Ahnung, was das bedeutete. Mein 3-Nacht-Aufenthalt endete als eine einzige Nacht, die ich hätte verändert, wenn es nicht nach Stunden war. Ich habe mich für den Rest meiner Reise bei Freunden gehalten und wollte nicht mal meine Glückspilze für das Frühstück nach dem Lesen der anderen Bewertungen auf den Online-Plattformen versuchen. Bitte ich bitte Sie, diesen Ort für Ihre Reisen zu überdenken! Verschwenden Sie nicht Ihre Zeit und Geld. Das Hotel kümmert sich nicht um ihre Gäste. Die Einrichtungen sind unglaublich. Die Wahl ist deine !!
