Muco and Aysenur went out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating. From advising us on what to do around the area to calling us to wake us for the early balloon trip. They contacted us before our trip and helped sort out a blunder I made with the booking and arranged the balloon tour. They were incredibly welcoming every time we returned to the hotel and were one of our favourite parts of the trip. The room decor was amazing. Although the location is away from Goreme and Urgup, they can easily be reached by bus.

The best hotel and staff. The rooms are awsom and the breakfast is perfect, but what a friendly staff. I realy recomment this place for a nice stay. The rooms are very special and more then complete. Its near Cappadokkia where you can see a lot of nice places. Do it!!!!!!!!

This hotel is optically very nice. Our room on the first floor was nicely furnished and very clean. We slept well in the bed. The shower had a normal shower head and additionally a small rainwater shower. Temperature and water pressure were very good. The staff was very friendly. In good weather, you can have breakfast on the terrace in front of the hotel. Breakfast including coffee or tea is served at the table. It includes a basket of white bread, various spreads (honey, 2 jams) and toppings (sausage, cheese), an omelet, 2 types of olives and other things such as fries. You can order more bread for free. The amount is sufficient for 2 people. The reception is staffed all the time. A transfer to the airport can be organized from the hotel. The hotel is located in Mustafapaşa, about 6 km from Ürgüp and 15 km from Goreme and its tourist attractions. We had a rental car and could therefore easily reach the other places.

Güler yüzlü,işini severek yapan insanların bulunduğu yer herkese huzur ve mutluluk verir. Sinasos Star Hotel müdürü Hakan ZAMAN ve diğer personeller bu sözlerimi tam anlamıyla hakediyorlar. Tertemiz,son derece şık dizayn edilmiş hotel, bahçesinden içeri adımınızı attığınız anda sizi içine çekiyor. Odalar retro,modern tarzda dizayn edilmiş. Kahvaltı fazlasıyla yeterli ve lezzetli. Her an isteğimizin sorulması bizleri çok özel hissettirdi. Ben,eşim ve kızım çok mutlu olarak kaldık. Yine buluşmak üzere . Saygılarımızla.

Best staff I've ever seen. Great service, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. They make you feel like its not a hotel but your home. Also they are very helpful with local guidance if you need them. 10/10 recommended. Locationwise, its just 5 mins away from Urgup, one of the main locations. Also there are many things to see around hotel.

We booked the hotel two days before our arrival. After we received our confirmation of the booking we also received a wonderful message from hotel GM Hakam Zaman. We were touched from that moment and had an amazing feeling we would have a wonderful stay. A day before arrival at the hotel, again the GM send a message to know if we want anything to be arranged and provided the information we might be needed before our arrival. Our arrival experience or first impression of the Sinasos Star Hotel exceeded our expectations. From arrival amenities to the Interior of the room. We spend two days in the hotel and every minute of the experience we had is worth choosing Sinasos Star hotel. We would like to thank GM Hakam and his wonderful team. We wish if we had planned more time in Cappadocia.
