In the middle of the night, a small cockroach emerged from underneath the wall near the head of the bed. I tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer. I’ve attached two photos : Photo 1 shown cockroach as it continued to move around the wall. Photo 2 can see the wall is none.
Additionally, the window in the room was damaged and seemed at risk of falling off, posing a serious safety hazard. No wonder a curtain to cover.
Lastly, it’s important to note that there was no information in the booking details about needing to walk up stairs to reach the counter. This is crucial information that should be communicated to guests.

They have private parking lots for guest which is a good option but the room quite low maintenance and there are some leaking areas

The room I got was perfect, secure, clean comfortable, well.apointed self contained with complimentary coffee/ tea and fresh water.
The staff at the desk were great polite, friendly. House keeping was excellent.
Good water pressure and piping hot water for shower.
Location right next to Komtar bus depot.

Pro :
- Staff was friendly and helpful for your stays.
- Location was great and located near every travel spot in george town and bus terminal.
- Near the shopping mall and shops.
- Very convenience for public transport.
Con :
- There are some stain on the wall and shower room. Its look like lack of maintenance.
- Toilet cannot flush on the first night but staff was helpful.
- Its look like lack of maintenance on public facilities.

I loved how it made me feel at home when I was at the Hompton's! Whilst I did report on some areas that needed to be attended to for my stay, customer service was top notch!
