"This hotel is guilty of blatant theft. I made a fully paid reservation, and when I arrived at the hotel it was closed , locked, you could see chairs upside down on the tables, and no person around. After 20 minutes of knocking on the window I went elsewhere; and asked for a refund. It seems that there was a lockbox by the staff entrance? the hotel never sent an email explaining how to enter, or a code for the doors, and when prompted to show me a copy, ******* was silent and simply stated that the owner refused to refund the money. These people did NOT provide the servic for which they were paid for no fault of mine, and the inconvenience caused after a long day on the road not compensated. I should have gone to the police but as a foreign visitor I decided erroneously, not to.These people are thieves!"
