Beautiful condo/beach. Smaller complex with nice pool, tennis, and private beach. The property manager was excellent with great recommendations on the various excursions. Location is awesome in the middle of 7 mile beach. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Will be planning a trip back.

We stayed as a family at the Colonial Club in August for 10 days and had an amazing time! The unit was beautiful with stunning views, all the amenities you could need and was immaculately clean. The grounds of the Colonial Club are very well maintained. We had some travel issues getting to Grand Cayman and Omar (the properties manager) was very accommodating making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Colonial Club for anyone looking to have a relaxing and luxurious vacation!

Easy to book with the perfect location on 7 Mile Beach. Staff was beyond amazing, kind and very helpful with everything. Grounds, pool, beach and rooms were very clean and top notch. We ended up getting there early and called and were able to check in before scheduling which was very helpful with a family of 6. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My friends and I are a three-peaters. This is our third season at Colonial Club. I, personally, would not stay any place else. The condos are exceptionally maintained, well appointed and lovely, the location is perfection and the management (Omar) is professional, efficient and above all extremely gracious. Steps away from a gorgeous beach, walking distance to Camana Bay and other restaurants. The crowning jewel is the beachfront where the sun slides into the ocean. Just perfection!

What an amazing Thanksgiving on 7 Mile Beach. We are returning again for another wonderful adventure at Colonial Club. The accommodations are 5 star and everything is walking distance away. Omar and his staff do everything to make your stay memorable that is why we come back every year. The beach is right out your front door and wonderful restaurants are walking distance away. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been to Grand Cayman many times, but our stay at this unit in May 2024 for two weeks was amazing. Beachfront, gorgeous views, well stocked, 3 bedrooms. 7 steps from the the door to the beach. Well maintained property. Loved everything about it! Close to fabulous places to eat including Tillies, Casa 43, The Falls Steakhouse, Ragazzi’s, Lloyds Smokehouse. The views are amazing. This stretch of beach was quiet but within walking distance of lunch and dinner locations. Condo was beautiful. Omar was great to work with. Property itself is beautiful.

When we walked in and saw the view we knew we found the perfect place! The property manager was excellent in communications and recommendations. Condo was nicely laid out, plenty of room, very clean, housekeeping was outstanding with cleaning and kept replensihing towels. Private beach with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Walking distance to multiple great restaurants! The grounds were gorgeous with a swimming pool and tennis court. An amazing place to stay and we will be returning! Highly recommend!

Our family stay at the Colonial Club was wonderful. Great location - quiet but close to grocery, restaurants, and reefs. Very comfortable and pristine condo with all the necessary amenities. Omar was so very helpful and accommodating. We wish we were still at the Colonial Club!

As someone who has taken many beach vacations on many different islands, This was the best beach, location and overall vibe I can remember, The condo is about 40 steps away from the water. When we were too lazy to walk outside for the sunsets, we just watched them from our living room. Omar, the manager, was extremely helpful and professional and keep everything as carefree as possible during our stay. The maid service was great as well. We will definitely be going back.
