This is the worse stay we’ve ever experience. When we came in, we were greeted by a bad odour. We opened the toilet door and saw 3 cockroaches, the glass door was stained, overall not a good first impression. The sink was dirty and there is even a pesticide spray at the side indicating that having pest in might a normal occurrence in the room. The kettle was not even cleaned plus there was leftover water in it which was kind of disgusting. The location is good but staying there was a nightmare. There was a cockroach crawling on the bed headboard plus within the fridge cabinet. We have to think twice on where to place our luggage as it seems like the place was literally infested with cockroaches . We do not recommend booking through this operator. Safest would be via the hotel itself and this would be our last time staying in this unit. The worst stay ever on trip thus far.

Disappointed

All ok bilik ok , but bilik i book only 1 katil sahaja tapi yang dapat ada 2 katil ? Servies memang tak ok macam nak taknak layan je so disappointed ☹️ , kata ada WiFi ? Tapi bila sampai line takde ? Mintak WiFi pun tak balas chat ? So sad lah servies tak ok .. view ok lain ok cuma servies je tak ok , kalau servies ok mesti semua akan ok .
