Great place for families! Staff are all super helpful and friendly. However, if you do have elderly who are not very mobile or very young kids, not recommended as you have to take a shuttle bus that comes every hourly to GPO to have dining and shopping options. Will be better to stay up at Genting Highlands for accessibility. Baby cot is also not the usual one for young babies. It is like a toddler bed with metal bars. So we ended up having to put 4 pillows all around it, haha. But rooms were great. Big and clean.

Staying at Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering easy access to major attractions and business districts. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center and the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, I highly recommend Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

Overall best stay as room is axactly like in the picture. But I don't know why reviews for breakfast is great, because my experience is bad. Few selection with average taste wise. Also staff should improve in how they refill the food. The food is finish at 9am and guest need to queue for refill which take up to 30 min per food, otherwise the refilled food will be gone in 5 min cause they just refill 1 small plate (dessert plate).

1st time here. Amazed with the scenery offered and also on the superb facilities. Check in process is smooth and 2 staffs at reception counter are very polite and greet us with smile. Free flow americano and espresso also offered at the counter. Room is good and the bed and pillows are comfy enough. In house cafe provides good food for dinner and breakfast (to purchase). Pool is good and opened until 10pm. Me and my kids even goes for a swim at 915pm. Definitely will come again in the future with other family members. Worth the price!

Wir haben das Quads Zimmer reserviert und alles ist gut, sehen Sie jeden Tag aus den Grün und die Luft ist sehr gut! Der Zimmerservice kam jeden Morgen, aber es gibt ein Problem mit dem Zimmerservice an der Nacht, wenn die Kinder auf den Bettwäsche erbrechen.. Einige Kons des Hotels: 1) Es gibt kein trinkbares warmes Wasser, um anders als das First World Hotel zu bekommen 2) Obwohl wir gerade neben dem Theme Park sind, müssen wir immer noch zu Skyavenue gehen, um zum Haupteingang des Theme Park zu kommen 3) Wir blieben am Flügel des Tals, so dass wir nicht sehr nahe an der Hauptlobby sind.

The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

Got a free upgrade and stayed at Ion Majestic, love and wanted to try the heated pool but it was under maintenance so we wouldn't be able to try. I was a regular at Ion Delemens before I tried to book with Trip.com, so definitely will prefer and choose to stay at Ion Majestic as it has easier access than Ion Delemens. Killer view but I guess as not a morning person, I wouldn't prefer the bright curtains in the morning😅 Overall, 5 out of 5 still.

Everything are good except for the cleanliness. The parking are waived, coffee machine at the lobby are are foc, the view from the room and the restaurant are really nice, many socket in the room, many mat towel provided and the toilet are clean. Just there are few facilities are still under renovate and the electricity supply by the room card are not working. However, the staff are friendly and have solved it very quickly. Just one female staff are not friendly and mentioned check in are only available on 3pm sharp but immediately the other staff said its ok to process for check in hmmm. Lastly, the bed was really really really dirty, full of short hair and eyelashes and some black pieces.

Hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt hier. Mir gefällt alles an dem Zimmer. Besonders das Bett und die Dusche. Das Zimmer ist sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist großartig, wenn es keinen Nebel gibt. Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Sky Avenue. In Bezug auf den Service gab es einen Fehler und der Rest war ein Volltreffer. Das Personal beim Einchecken/bei der Schlüsselübergabe kann geschult werden, um einen besseren Service zu bieten. Das Reinigungspersonal war großartig. Sie haben uns immer begrüßt und uns mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Es gab auch einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der uns beim Auschecken mit unserem Gepäck half.
