Schönes, gemütliches Zimmer mit toller Klimaanlage an einem sehr heißen Tag

We were quite disappointed in our stay at Hotel Eden, but first the positives; Let us check in early Priced competitively for Geneva Negatives; We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace. The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken. The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday. This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years

I enjoyed my stay.  Pros: location, very helpful front desk, lovely breakfast Cons: no fan in the bathroom, the hairdryer would stop working every two minutes and I’m pretty sure my AirPods were stolen.

The hotel is very convenient, will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Really good location and near to airport links. The hotel is an older building but kept well and the rooms are comfy

The reception is so friendly and helpful, she tells us too many things about transportation of Geneva. Also, the reception allow us check in earlier. Very good experience.

位置：離火車站步行15-20分鐘，離萬國宮步行10分鐘左右。附近街區較為整潔，雖然臨街但整體還算安靜。 設施：酒店整體像是老式的，房門鑰匙也是傳統的形式，進出須手動鎖門。房間內部設施應該是比較新，重新裝修過，洗手池有點小。窗户都可打開通風。房間沒有熱水壺，mini bar要另外付費。 早餐服務：早餐較為簡單，有現磨咖啡。工作人員也比較熱情。

ホテル自体はヴィンテージの雰囲気があります。手狭な部屋を予約しましたが、外に出られるバルコニーがあったので、窮屈さは感じませんでした。 朝食の案内や、帰りのタクシー手配など親切に案内していただきました。

Parfait en tout point. Surtout l accueil Juste eu un peu chaud dans la chambre. Mais tout s est très bien passé. Je recommande

有住在自己家裡的感覺。酒店雖然不大，卻讓你感受到賓至如歸。從酒店步行幾分鐘就到對面日內瓦湖 。旁邊還幾個公交車站，交通也很方便。離UN，WTO也很近。

服務很好，在歐洲，簡單的早餐也是讓人滿意的。作為出差瑞士，性價比還是不錯的

前台服務熱情，房間舒適，毗鄰日內瓦湖畔公園，散步方便！
