Pool facilities was closed and looked greenish. Could potentially choose another day to clean the book than on Valentine’s Day.

Room service is excellent and attendants are very friendly. Food and service is also super superb and excellent. Highly recommend staying in this hotel to help you feel Gensan's unique brand of warmth and hospitality. We attended a wedding this weekend and we only have good things to say. However, parking became scarce due to the number of guests as the hotel welcomed 3 weddings on that day.

It was like returning home to our 'second home' in GenSan. Special thank you to Keeth for welcoming us back like old friends. The Greenleaf is our favorite hotel in GenSan. The food and service is excellent... room very comfortable...

I find the ambiance very nice. However, our waiter was very good and attentive. He suggested selection of wines to choose from with our dining experienced. The food was suberb and to die for. I highly recommend Greenleaf Hotel, Midori restaurant for your night of relaxtion and dining with someone you love the most! Thanks ORLAN, our excellent WAITER tonight, keep up the excellent service.. I will highly recommend Midori and Greenleaf Hotel. But if you're in Puerto Princesa Palawan, I would also recommend the New Casamila Hotel for your stay and New Casamila Baywalk Restaurant and Entertainment Bar and fine and fun dining experience. That's our restaurant by the way.. I love Greenleaf Hotel, just like a 5 star Hotel experience here..

Excellent accomodation. fast service. Good food. This hotel is at par with five star hotels. Something that you can be proud of .with it's amenities and standard service this is a place to stay in GenSan. We hope there will be more expansion to accomodate more guests and visitors in the future.

The food was great, the serving was also big. The attendants/servers were very helpful and attentive especially to Miss Chathy. The venue was just a little small for 120+ participants plus the organizers. The air conditioner was also very cold especially if you sit at the sides. But overall, the ambience was great.
