"Выбирали апартаменты с бассейном или пляжем. Эти апартаменты пришлось срочно искать и бронировать, тк предыдущие отменили за 3 дня до прилёта. Месторасположение максимально уединённо, тк находится на искусственном острове прямо напротив Сингапура. Встретили очень мало людей даже несмотря на то, что были в выходные. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое: кухня, посуда, хорошие матрасы, постельное бельё и полотенца. Заезд бесконтактный (оставили ключи в почтовом ящике, прислав нам код от ячейки), выслали подробную инструкцию с паролями от WiFi, кодом от двери и т.д. Проблема была только с дверью в санузел - видимо, она рассохлась и плохо закрывалась, но, думаю, это решаемый вопрос."

LLioeThe location, amenities and apartment size and view was great. However, we did not get a daily cleaning as advertised and the first two days was a nightmare due to construction noise on the 43rd fl, apt was located on the 42nd, all day and all night until 10:30pm was a loud jack hammering noise, we told the owner he said that they have notified the police, he offered to move us to another apt on the 41st Fl but the noise was just as loud. It goes to show that the construction noise can be heard two floors down, finally on the 3rd the house was reduced to a toleraterated amount.

MMisterialokaZweiter Besuch nach einer Woche, weil ich den Ort, die Gelassenheit und den Frieden liebe, nicht zu vergessen die Annehmlichkeiten rundherum, es ist eine so erkundende Stadt. Dieses Mal haben wir 3 Zimmer gebucht.
Im Südflügel des Hotels gibt es viele Bereiche, die repariert werden müssen, z. B. das nicht funktionierende Telefon, das Internet war an unserem Check-in-Tag ausgefallen, die Toilettentür lässt sich nicht schließen, das Telefon funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück wurde als Set serviert und aufgrund der geringen Belegung nicht als Buffet, aber es war nett, es zu geben Zusätzlicher Gast erhält ein kostenloses Frühstück.
Sie arbeiten jedoch an der Instandhaltung der Einrichtungen und geben ihnen daher Zeit, dieses wundervolle Resort wiederherzustellen.
Mit Ausnahme des Wasserparks waren einige geschlossen und es lohnte sich nicht, 20 RM zu zahlen. Für den Sperrbereich wurde kein ordnungsgemäßer Hinweis angezeigt, außer VORSICHT, Pool wird gewartet.
Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals war großartig. Reaktionsschnell, geduldig. Lisa, Rafeah (Rezeption) und Cikenet (Wartung)

JJiaYLDie Lage ist ca. 35-45 Minuten vom Stadtgebiet entfernt. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, die Umgebung ist schön ruhig, es sind nicht viele Menschen da und nachts gibt es mehr Mücken. Wenn Sie nicht mit dem Auto anreisen, ist es etwas mühsam, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Besonders wenn man ein Taxi vom Hotel in die Innenstadt nimmt, ist es schwierig, ein Taxi zu rufen. Fragen Sie die Dame an der Rezeption, sie kann Ihnen helfen, das Auto zur Abholung zu kontaktieren. Es hängt auch mit dem Urlaub zusammen und Es ist auch relativ teuer, etwa 120 RM.

LLuqmanSabriit is one of a great and clean hotel that i’ve been for a shop or building hotel lot. it is not that expensive and the best part is their breakfast services. small yet a lot of foods served and exceptional waiters that working in fast pace. i suggest the hotel could train a little bit more of that.

I booked a room with breakfast. Room was relax view and good. Bed consider ok.
Just one thing, the lift it’s long, as breakfast time it’s only function one lift. End up checking out the lift it’s spoil.
Over experience still good with the price and look ok.

GGastnutzer+ comfortable room and toilet
+ super value for money. We stay only one night upon arriving at Johor as its only to rest and sleep. We reached late, so thought it would be cheaper to book here. This is just a tip for those who are travelling with tight budget
+ got breakfast spot nearby. Mamak stall which open 24hr, so its convenient
+ 15min away from Legoland
- shower abit hard to switch from the pipe mode to shower moe
- iron has burnt mark which need to be careful. I would suggest hotel to change to steam iron
- outside parking area has bad smell, but small matter as you ll be there for few minutes only. Maybe they should move the garbage bin abit far away

JJia LingWent to this hotel for stay during my business trip. Hotel room is spacious and no lack of amenities l. However I notice the pillow is not very clean as there are stains.. location wise is not very ideal for those frequent traveller to jb for leisure at city square area, as it’s located nearer to Tuas checkpoint which is the other end of city square / woodland checkpoint. The only attraction that I can think of that is nearer would be Legoland. Hence for people who want to go on a budget trip to Legoland and can in this hotel instead of Legoland hotel.

*Unit 4105 was generally well maintained and clean.
*Was concerned that the unit may have cigarette smoke smell since smoking is allowed, but am thankful we didn’t find any malodour issues with it. *In terms of housekeeping, response from the team was quick - when I requested for additional floor mats and when I mistakenly enquired about provision of bath towels.
*We could get pretty nice views from the unit and the location is convenient to walk to the financial hub, food eateries/restaurants, KK Mart, beach, etc2. Opportunities for improvement:
*Had to follow-up and ask for check in info, which was sent just before 2.00pm on day of check in.
*Check in was delayed until about 4.30pm; was made to wait, follow up and chase, with reason given that property was fully booked the day before and there were too many units to clean!
*Check out time was revised from 12.00pm to 11.00am, but notification was sent through whatsapp at 9.20am on check out day, which I was not aware of until about 11.09am when I check my messages. (Note: But pic agreed when I said we will check out at 12pm since we check in late and they informed us late about the change of timing.)
