This my 2nd time staying there. A bit of disappointment. They used a bedsheet with stain. We did not discover until the next morning. We checked in late and just go straight to the bed. Perhaps due to less occupancy on Monday, variety of breakfast is disappointing although the service staff are very friendly and attentive.

Damn lousy hotel. Never tolerate with my one day earlier check out request. Hallo hotel manager.. i am inaffectted with Influenza A...not a normal fever... For sure, i will never come back to this hotel anymore in the rest of my life

Changed 4 Room due to 3 rooms AirCon was not cold and 1 room AIRCON water dropped from the ceiling onto the carpet flooring in the room. And the last room changed have cockroaches having fun in the room, including next to the bed!

Not my 1st time staying here and has always been good. However this recent stay was something i regretted. Carpet is dirty and dusty. We were not provided the room slipper so we have no choice but to use ours. Room smells of cigarette and dust so badly its like the room was not vacuum for decades. Water from the toilet bowl dripping. Aircon is noisy like it hasn’t been service at all. It disturbed our sleep dut to the noise. Tv control was spoiled and we have to call to ask for a replacement of the tv control which of coz this one not our major issue. We were very disappointed. ☹️

Horrible smell upon opening the room door. Everything is dirty. Toilet with stains, bedsheets with stains and yellowish. Condition is really bad. Aircon is noisy and not working properly. All these caused my child to fall sick!

Aircond not cold and the bathroom doesn’t have a glass partition with water splashing everywhere in the bathroom and the door always in wet condition

The stay was far from pleasant. The pillows had a horrible smell, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the door required a lot of force to close, creating a loud noise that likely disturbed the entire floor. It was frustrating and inconvenient. This hotel definitely needs improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

The location of the hotel is not bad as there are some shops nearby. There is free parking at the hotel. As for the breakfast there is not much variety and they could improve on the layouts of the buffet spread.

Terrible experience at Amansari Hotel Nusajaya. The air conditioning in the room was broken, making it unbearably hot and impossible to sleep. The room reeked of a musty, mouldy smell and was infested with ants, clearly not cleaned properly. Pillows were smelly and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the water heater was faulty, with no control over the temperature. The reception staff were extremely rude, with blatant racist attitudes towards non-Malay guests. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
