Als Übernachtung am Flughafen ist es ziemlich gut. Ich weiß nicht, warum die Bewertung niedrig ist. Es liegt auch sehr nahe am Flughafen. Nachdem Sie das South Passenger Terminal verlassen haben, nehmen Sie, wenn Sie Blacksheep Coffee sehen, den Durchgang auf der rechten Seite. Nachdem Sie geradeaus gegangen sind, können Sie auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber das Schild „Hilton“ sehen. Das Familienzimmer ist recht groß und die Hygiene ist sehr gut. Mir wurden vier Flaschen Wasser gegeben, was sehr gut war.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the South Terminal. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and impressively soundproofed, with a comfortable bed and lovely Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. My only room-related note is that as a solo traveller, being assigned a connecting room was not ideal. The check-in process could benefit from greater consistency. With multiple staff members handling the front desk, guests currently receive a different experience depending on who serves them — standardising procedures for luggage storage and paperwork would go a long way. That said, the front desk staff member I encountered in the evening was a genuine highlight — noticing I had a camera, he struck up a warm conversation and asked about my visit to Seven Sisters Cliff. That kind of personal, attentive interaction is exactly what makes a stay memorable, and I appreciated it. I do need to raise a more serious concern about my checkout experience. When I approached the desk a couple of minutes after checkout time, the staff member Natalia addressed me in Mandarin. When I indicated I didn't speak that language, rather than apologising or switching to English, she appeared amused and questioned why I didn't speak Putonghua. When I explained I was from elsewhere, she giggled. I want to be direct: assuming a guest's language or origin based on their appearance or booking platform is not appropriate, and the response when corrected made the experience worse. As an airport hotel serving an international clientele, guests deserve to be greeted without assumptions and treated with consistent professionalism regardless of their background. I hope management will take this as constructive feedback and address it with the team.

Convenient place to stay before an early flight, no frills, not particularly impressive for a Hilton, just a clean and comfortable room.

Great location for Gatwick. North and South terminals and train station all within 5 minutes of each other. Great rooms for a sleepover. And a good lounge bar are to chill out.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Gatwick and found it to be a really convenient and comfortable choice, especially for an early flight. The biggest highlight is the location. Being directly connected to the South Terminal makes travel incredibly easy, no stressful transfers or rushing around with luggage. It’s ideal if you want a smooth, hassle-free start to your journey. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, which made a big difference before an early departure. While the décor is slightly dated in places, everything was well-maintained and functional. Staff were friendly and efficient throughout the stay, from check-in to check-out. Service felt professional without being overly formal. Food options were decent, with a few restaurants and a bar available. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but that’s fairly typical for airport hotels. Breakfast was good, with a solid variety to choose from. Overall, Hilton Gatwick is a reliable and stress-free option if you’re flying from Gatwick. It may not be the most modern hotel, but the comfort, cleanliness, and unbeatable location make it well worth considering.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff and very conveniently located at Gatwick. Perfect for my early morning flight!

Great place for an overnight stay at Gatwick Airport - convenient, good rooms and comfortable beds

A lovely hotel.  Rooms large and spacious.  Bathroom very large.  More suited to a disabled visitor but was pleasant.  The room had tea and coffee facilities.  Flexible room arrangements meant I could check in at a time suitable to my travel requirements.  Thank you.

Long wait to check in watching other guests push ahead as they were Hilton Honors members-them and us feeling. Fire alarm at 2am left us outside for over an hour with young families and older people in minus temperatures. Some guests refused to leave the foyer, absolute mayhem and disorganisation-goodness knows what would have happened if there was a fire. Wouldn’t mind so much if this hadn’t to me before in this hotel. But good location and amenities.

Hilton Gatwick Airport Hotel is very great. It has a perfect location, next to the airport, very convenient for next day flights.

Good place to stay for a night if you have a connecting flight or flying of from Gatwick Airport.

Traveling with friends. Very close to the airport. The room is very clean and the size is just right.

I came across a lady at the reception, a lady from the countries of the East, she saw the huge luggage I had in view of my skin color she accommodated me super badly, it’s super far but really far, she put me on the ground floor knowing that I was afraid and the top of the room in which she put me was a room connected to another room of which there are two men who opened the door, imagine the shock! The place is not clean at all yet the night is more than €130. The smell of the gutter in which bathroom! I had to go up and cross the thousand corridors for his colleague to find me another room. To really run away! Discrimination clearly!

Room is big but the food is not good
