Location and price are the reason we stay here. The rooms are decent and clean. Nothing too fancy just a hotel room. The last two times we stayed here, we decided to eat breakfast somewhere else.

I chose this hotel because it had good reviews and because it included breakfast. My goal for this stay was a solo quilting weekend. Check in was quick and painless, but both beds in my room were dirty, one had been slept in and the other had a blood stain on the mattress pad that you could see through the sheet. There was no housekeeping on staff so I was placed in a second room. The bed was clean so I accepted the room. I went to get dinner and returned and decided to shower before bed and was met with a dirty Band-Aid and long black hairs in my tub. The next morning I learned that the hairdryer was broken and the electrical outlets in the room also did not work. The phone in neither room was connected so to contact the front desk. I had to go outside and walk across the parking lot to do it in person. That's when I learned they no longer served breakfast. I went to get ice for water and found the only ice maker onsite not working. They installed a new hair dryer and fixed the electrical outlets, but did not clean my room for the duration of my stay, so I couldn't shower. I spoke to the manager again at checkout and explained that I had not been able to use the amenities that I had paid for and he told me he would request a partial refund of $30 from *******, which I have not gotten. The good things were a great location and a fairly comfortable bed. But the lack of advertised amenities by far out, weighed the only two positives from this booking. Book at your own risk!

The room setup was nice. However the room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets had a lot of short black hair on them as if they had been used, the pillow cases had brown and pink markings, and the sheets were very dingy with no blanket to cover up with. The bed only had a fitted and 2 flat sheets. Not a good way to keep warm. The restroom was not cleaned at all. There was a lot of short black hair in the tub along with soap scum and water spots. There was also a lot of short black hair on the floor and some on the toilet, a bug behind the door, and the towels appeared stained. We had a nonsmoking room yet there were cigarette ashes on the table side by the couch. When i sent my wife down to get sheets she said the guy at the front desk said they had nobody this late (7:49pm)to help get new sheets then the phone rang and he said someone would send some up. The fed guy said he would let management know. Another guy came very quickly with new sheets. I would like to say it made us think if the room was even cleaned or did the housekeeper just pop the sheets and refold the towels, did the supervisor even inspect the room cleanliness or did they just walk in and see the bed mad and some folded towels and walked out. In hospitality you have to go above and beyond. Maybe leave clean sheets, blankets, towels, amenities for the incase at the fd. Show the urge to help versus the laziness to leave the seat. Fd staff should’ve been standing not sitting.

Greeted by a sign in the office saying they no longer serve breakfast (Expedia’s summary lists that guests love the breakfast bar and that needs to be removed as this is misleading) at this hotel as of January and a front desk employee that wasn’t very welcoming. Room was clean. Location was amazing and the only reason I could see anyone wanting to return here. We could hear people above us running around and such late into the night and the road was noisy til about 10:00pm. There was a diesel truck parked by our room that was loud and sat for a good twenty minutes and we could smell the fumes from our bed. This was our wake up at 6:30am. The housekeeper was very nice so we wanted to mention that as well as the rooms were dated but clean. Again, the ONLY reason I would recommend this hotel would be if you are just needing the room for the location and not staying the night or needing rest and IF the price was cheap, which this being Valentines weekend, it was not cheap. Certainly not worth it at all.

The fireplace did NOT work and we paid for a room with a fireplace. It was supposed to be non smoking and there was obviously pot smoked in there shortly before we arrived, not judging, just chose non smoking. They no longer serve breakfast as of January. The person on duty when we checked in said we had to file a.complaint with *******, ******* told.me.i had to email property management Basically, the hotel didnt care if we stayed or not. I wont stay there agin.

Convenience to downtown. Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Couldn't get the fireplace to work, but didn't bother to ask the front desk.
