Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück bot Eier, Sauce, Kuchen und Grau, 3 Arten von kaltem Getreide, Yoghurt, Toast und Gelee. Unser Bett war sehr komfortabel. Der Nebeneffekt war, dass das Zimmer insgesamt 2 Dollar höher war als bei unserer Reservierung. Der Kellner sagte, dass die Choice Hotels die Steuern nicht korrekt berechnen (was nur passiert, um ihr Zimmer attraktiver zu machen.) Das andere Problem war, dass der Gepäckwagen 2 Flachreifen hatte, die es sehr schwer zu benutzen.

Hampton Inn ist oft mein Weg in die Kette, wenn Sie eine Reise mit einem kurzen Aufenthalt, vor allem wenn eine lange Fahrt eine Übernachtung mit einem frühen Start am nächsten Tag erfordert. Keine Überraschungen, ein sauberes Zimmer zu einem anständigen Preis, eine gut gepflegte Einrichtung und effiziente/freundliche Mitarbeiter sind, was ich suche. Von den vielen Hampton Inn’s, die ich geblieben habe, ist diese in der oberen Klasse. Nicht, weil es die Fantasie oder Neueste ist. Es hat das, was ich brauchte, geliefert. Der Platz ist gut gepflegt, unser Zimmer war in großer Form, check in war eine Brise (sie sind voll digital), die Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich gesprochen habe, waren freundlich und effizient, das Zusatz Frühstück vollständig gelagert und war auf und lief früh, und der Kaffee war heiß. Dies war eine Nacht auf einer langen zweitägigen Fahrt. Es war bequem zu I-85. Es gab eine Reihe anderer Orte, dachte ich. Allerdings war dieser Ort genau das, was ich suche. Ich würde diesen Ort sehr empfehlen, wenn Sie einen Ort brauchen, um in Gastonia zu bleiben.

So, I don't mind a basic hotel as long as it's clean and safe and the bathroom and beds are clean. This hotel is exactly that. Basic. I was not familiar with the area when I booked it, just needing a place to stay overnight while my daughter attended a horse show outside of town. I'm a Choice Hotels member, so I figured it would be ok. The hotel is likely not in a great part of town, and it shows. Kind of run down exterior, the halls smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke and the room doors were a little flimsy-feeling. Only one deadbolt lock option, which didn't instill confidence. The climate controls worked but were musty smelling, but the bathroom and beds were clean. The kicker was upon check in I was required to put down a deposit of $100 against room damages. If I put the deposit in cash, I'd get it back on checkout, but if I used my card, it would be 3-5 days to get the money. Conveniently, there was an ATM in the lobby with a $3 charge to take out the cash. Of course. Checking out took longer than I expected because the clerk had to run up to the room to inspect it for damage before I'd get my $100 back and could go. Staff was friendly enough. We did not try the free breakfast (mostly because we didn't have time to sit and eat once we went through the checkout process, and there were signs posted all over the lobby that food could not be removed from the hotel). I really cannot recommend this hotel, unless you are used to having to put down cash deposits and don't mind the sound of sirens and people running up and down the halls blasting their TVs all night.

It is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Gastonia! The rooms are clean, staff very nice & helpful. The rooms have lots of shelving for storage & a nice sitting area near the window. The single rooms are so cute! You certainly can't beat the price & pets stay free!!!

It was planned trip for a Hotel slumber party for our Granddaughter and friends.The girls loved it, and being with friends and with her grandmother.The The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and the overall layout was nice, grounds and parking.

Das neu renovierte King Zimmer war nur eine Nacht sehr komfortabel. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool war offen, aber der Heizung nicht funktioniert sie sind im Prozess der Renovierung des Hotels. Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer es war schön gemacht.

All was good. Staff was polite, kind, and professional. Clean room, hot water, nice clean soft towels. The air-conditioner and heating unit worked. The television and coffee maker worked. Parking was close. Didn't have do a lot of walking. However, could use a microwave.
