Wir haben gerade einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel abgeschlossen. Es war genau so angekündigt und das Personal war sehr höflich/professional. Wir blieben in einem Zimmer im ersten Stock. Es schien, als ob die Räume mit einem Desinfektionsmittel gereinigt worden waren, das stark geräuchert hatte. Nichts zu schlafen. Ich habe einen Deodorizer in einem nahe gelegenen Geschäft gekauft und das war es. Dinge zu wissen: Frühstück endet um 9 Uhr. Es ist ein kleines Gebiet über die Rezeption. Es scheint Brot, Getreide, Oatmehl, Eier und Truthühnersaft zu beinhalten. Sie haben auch Yoghurt, Milch und Bananen. Es gibt eine Saftmaschine und Kaffeebereich. Der Pool war während dieses Aufenthalts nicht für Gäste offen, aber es sah schön aus. Es gibt ein Wäschezimmer, das die Gäste kostenlos verwenden können. Nur brauchen Sie Ihr eigenes Reinigungsmittel. Ein kleines Computer-/Druckerbereich, das die Gäste nutzen können, ist verfügbar. Keine Probleme mit dem Hotel und wir haben ein sehr komfortabeles Schlafen. Schließlich wird der Zimmerservice jeden anderen Tag durchgeführt. Es war ein guter Aufenthalt und das Hotel ist direkt über Waffle House & Cracker Barrel.

Schönes Eigentum. Sauber, gut gedacht, alles funktionierte wie erwartet, einschließlich AC und Internet. Das Personal war super freundlich mit einem Schrei an Frau Mariah am Frontdesk für ihre Speiseempfehlung von Webb Custom. Die Lage ist großartig für einfach auf und aus dem Interstate, leider die Zimmer auf dieser Seite (Meine war) hören den Straßenlärm. Niedriger Parkplatz, der gut beleuchtet ist. Ich werde hier wieder bleiben, wenn ich zurück in der Stadt.

Das Personal war sehr heiß und freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker mit vielen Wahlen. Wir kommen zurück!

We booked this property on line. My husband works in town 3 days a week and we travel 3 hours each way to spend 3 days each week in town. We stumbled upon this resort and it was perfect. We booked Cabin #11. I want to address expectations because I am terribly shocked by other reviews. This is a tiny house/cabin feel. This is in the woods on a lake. Yes- the dirt road leading to the property has bumps. Find me a dirt road in the Carolina’s without bumps etc. We drove a Toyota Highlander and did not have trouble if we slowly drove. I grew up camping as in the real thing. The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, had nice quality linens, all basic cleaning products and ample paper products (tissue, TP and paper towels). There was a blow dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, fridge and tv. The ac worked as did the ceiling fan. The front office staff was friendly and eager to do right. The “elephant in the room”- yes it is true, the pool is not open. The staff admitted to having some issues as they try to convert to modern pool design and water management. Though if you are there to be at a /tiny camp or cabin you will surely be lured into yesteryear and flock to the lake via the private access beach. to other reviews there have been on-going concerns. I did not chose this property for the pool- I booked to spend much needed bonding time with my husband all the time traveling has worn us thin. Each day we sat on the front porch listening to tunes and connecting with great conversations and laughs. Getting back to basics is important and this is the place to do it. There are all time favorite camping games including horseshoes and corn hole. We had a charcoal grill near our cabin and the solid barbecue taste did not disappoint. Our cabin had a full place setting fo two and all of the items were clean and ready to use. However, the view of the lake from our cabin was so incredible. This is well worth taking the time to unplug and recharge. I am confident this one will grow into a winner.

Ich blieb über Nacht durch einen stressigen Flug, war ich froh über den Service und den Komfort. Aber vor dem Morgen, um meinen Flug fortzusetzen, ließ ich hinter meinem Kindle, das ich für die nächsten zwei Wochen in meinem verschlossenen Ziel benötigen würde. Von dem Flughafen rief ich den Desk und hinterließ eine Nachricht für den für den Zimmerservice zuständigen Herrn Marc Caskey. Herr Caskey rief sofort an, die Kindle an meine Bestimmung zu schicken. Es kam nur 2 Tage später per Priority Mail an. Ich beglückwünsche Charlotte Sheraton für ihre hervorragende Teamarbeit und danke Herrn Caskey für die Erlaubnis, das Programm, das ich angefangen habe, weiter zu lesen.

Pros: 1) clean place 2) relatively friendly staff Cons: 1) The elevators have had a nauseating smell of what I imagine to be highly scented, floral cleaning fluid. It will knock you down! Extremely off putting!! I've had to stay here 4 times and it's the same every time. The elevators floors are also usually sticky. 2) Rooms here are not refreshed unless you request it 24 hours in advance BUT you may not know you need your room refreshed 24 hours in advance. The result can be an overflowing trash can and dirty towels. 3) One morning, the hotel water was shut off just as I was getting into the shower. The staff knew in advance they were going to cut off the water but they failed to notify the guest. Very inconsiderate. 4) When we checked in, we received one small water bottle and there were two of us. These are first-world problems and probably not worth mentioning but the elevator smell may be enough to make me change hotels. Makes you wonder what they're trying to cover up.
