Komfortable und erschwinglich. Ein bisschen schwer zu erreichen. Sie können es von der Autobahn sehen, aber dann müssen Sie mindestens eine Meile umherfahren, um zum Hotel selbst zu kommen. Und entweder essen, bevor Sie am Abend dorthin kommen oder Sie müssen einen ganzen Weg zu einem Restaurant finden, weil es ganz isoliert ist. Wir haben DoorDash und das funktionierte OK. Es gab eine Farbe im Teppich, aber sonst war das Zimmer sehr sauber, einschließlich Bad, Dusche, etc. Wenn wir in der Gegend, würden wir dieses Hotel wieder verwenden.

Die Härte des großen Bettes ist sehr gut

Die Zimmer sind sauber, das ist das einzige schöne Hotel, das am nächsten am Hard Rock ****** ist. freundliches Personal. Kostenloses Frühstück, Mikrowelle im Zimmer! Kühlschrank und kostenloses Kaffee. Komfortable Bett! Dieses Hotel wird sehr empfohlen.

The day manager and man who runs breakfast are an A+. Rooms are clean, comfortable. Parking lot feel safe. Byway Brewing restaurant next door is good. I slept really well and was happy until I came down this morning and the night manager was asleep, snoring at full force in the lobby lounge chairs. I tried calling the hotel phone #...no answer. Complete dereliction of duty. Unsafe and unprofessional. I called IHG. Hopefully, they will do something, because the rest of the visit--hotel and other staff--was terrific.

We spent the night there while traveling home from vacation. Since we are Diamond members of Hilton, we try to stay at a Hilton family hotel. This hotel was rated pretty well so we figured it was a decent place to stay. We had some valuable items in our car that needed to come into the hotel with us and I loaded up the cart to take them into our room. Heading into the hotel, a gentleman informed me that someone’s lovely child had pulled the fire alarm and the elevators wouldn’t work. So we had to haul all of it up the stairs with no one to assist us (my husband had major surgery a little over 6 weeks ago and should not have been lifting these heavy things). There was pink ice cream hardened on the carpeted stairway that no one had addressed. Arriving into our room, we were greeted by drapes that had been shredded by someone (see picture). This definitely did not live up to Hilton standards. I would have left then but it was 10pm and we were exhausted. In the morning, I was going to take a shower but it looked so nasty there was no way I was going into it. I then called the front desk to see whether the elevator had been repaired yet…it had not. However, the phone in the room didn’t work so I had to call them from my cell phone. I asked to speak with the manager to address the issues we had with this room and was told it wasn’t only my room but that they were going to remodel the place and weren’t fixing things that needed to be repaired. I also mentioned that no one had offered to help us bring our items up the stairs the night before and there was no offer of helping us bring these items back down either, after my sharing with her the fact that my husband had surgery recently. We will never know if this is the truth because we will NEVER revisit this dump.

Seitdem wir in unserem Hotelzimmer gestohlen wurden, hat der sogenannte „Sicherheitsführer“ und „Beobachterführer“ eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit geleistet, die seit diesem Tag jede Telefonanrufe und Voicemail ignoriert und hat wiederholt gelogen, um wieder zu uns zurückzukommen. Wenn ich sage, LICH EINZELL, LICH EINZELLLICH. Sein Ton ist so pompös und arrogant und er hat alles, aber er entschuldigt die Mitarbeiter, die ins Zimmer gekommen sind und unser Geld und unsere Werte gestohlen haben. Wir waren noch Gäste dort, aber Hausbetreuung leer unser gesamtes Zimmer. Nicht 1 Sock, Schuh oder Hemd, die im Kleidung stand, machte es zu ihren Verlust und gefunden, da sie falsch angenommen hatten, wir hatten geprüft, wenn wir tatsächlich 2 Tage verblieben. Alles in unserem Zimmer wurde “entfernt” einschließlich Geld und andere Werte. Die Sicherheit des Personals lachte weiterhin in unserem Gesicht. Der Leiter der Überwachung verließ, was passiert war, indem er sagte: „Kann es nicht so bedauern, dass es das tut.“ Die Hotelverwaltung war nutzlos. Risiko nicht einmal.

Das Hotel ist in allen Aspekten 𣎴 falsch.

SEHR SAUBER. Was mir sehr wichtig ist. Als ich ins Zimmer kam, roch es sogar sauber. Ich mache eine gründliche Bettwanzeninspektion und abgesehen von den Trümmern hinter dem Bettständer war ich zufrieden. Matratze und Bezüge sehr schön. Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank, die ich mag. Und sie haben wirklich schöne saubere Handtücher, Waschlappen. Außerdem haben sie mir jetzt einen besseren Zimmerpreis gegeben, um meinen Aufenthalt zu verlängern.
