Love the warm swimming pool, it usually get quiet in early morning plus the fresh and cool water of Garut make the swimming experience wonderful.
Love the breakfast section. Though the food selection is almost similar to the other santika hotel, but the chef made it more tasty than the other!
Choose the Mountain View room and didn’t disappoint a bit!

GGastnutzerof course in terms of cleanliness and aesthetics are very champion, especially since this hotel is new. but for the balcony privilege type, below 10 pm it is very uncomfortable because the noise of the crowd from the mall can be heard clearly into the room. It so happened that there was live music in the mall. then for access it is indeed very well maintained, because before entering the room corridor, you have to enter a door that requires access. but this is rather inaccessible if there are two people who need to go out, while the access card can be 2; one must be on standby for the room. then about breakfast, the variety is limited and only stands out in the bread. the taste is also standard, nothing is great. and finally for the pool is very, very small. so it is indeed suitable for only staying 1 night, no more.

MMuhammad Syams IsnainiSchöne Lage, um das Herz und den Geist zu beruhigen, sehr freundlicher Service für alle Gespräche, Reinigung des Hotelbereichs & Zimmer sind wirklich ok, Einrichtungen sind auch sehr umfassend. Ein kleiner Vorschlag für das Badwasser ist nicht für heißes Wasser wechselt, die Kinder Pool-Schleifen ist auch sehr schmutzig, kann nicht glatt schleifen, Hoffnung, zu verbessern. Danke

room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea
the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person --
swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut.
the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

EEdwin S.See my previous review. I extended my stay with one day. I forgot to mention that the WiFi is really poor, and it wouldn't let me connect at all yesterday. Quite inconvenient.
Additionally, it takes about 2-3 minutes for the shower to get warm. Quite ironic when there's a note saying ”save water for the next generation”.
But still a good hotel, of course. Enjoyed the breakfast!

EElsaDLThe place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

GGastnutzerSangat nyaman hotelnya untuk staycation bersama keluarga. Hotelnya bersih kolam air hangatnya juga bersih. Interior hotel bagus hanya sayangnya untuk hidangan breakfast biasa saja. Satu setengah jam dari jam closed bfast makanan sudah banyak yang habis namun tidak di refill kembali. Service staff dari hotelnya pun kurang cepat tanggap.
But overall was good.

PPurnamasariWe asked for double bed and they’re agreed to replace the room to double. In the night they’re giving us a snack for iftar dinner for free. The breakfast is delicious. Room are comfy, the pool is clean and warm. The staff is friendly and really helpful. It was really worth it, definitely will come again.

AAnonymer BenutzerDer Ort hat eine super Lage. Es ist in der Nähe der Stadt, aber tatsächlich in der heißen Frühling-Zone. Wir lieben die Landschaft und die Aussicht. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten, die wir im Hotel tun können, wie Pferderei, Tierernährung, Kanuen, Fliegen, Schwimmen, sogar Fischen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist nicht so gut. Vielleicht war es nicht einfach, einen so großen Platz zu erhalten. Meine Kinder lieben die Aktivitäten, die dort angeboten werden. Für mich ist es etwas zu schwimmend, vor allem im Poolbereich. Da es viele Leute gibt, die nicht im Hotel wohnten, die dort ein Ticket zum Schwimmen kaufen könnten, ist der Poolbereich nicht sehr komfortabel zum Schwimmen in. Die Leute kaufen eine Menge instant Nudeln und Kaffee, und sie werfen einfach die Mülleimer überall. Es gibt Zigarettenbutten, Tassen und Nudelbogen absolut überall geleitet. Ich denke, sie sollten die Zahl der Ausländer beschränken, um ein Ticket zu kaufen, so dass die Gegend für die Hotelgäste noch komfortabel sein wird, und mehr Leute zu reinigen. Das Essen war schrecklich, vor allem für das Frühstück, es war fast unsauerbar.
